Position 1: Junior Attorney
Essential Function:
- Render legal advices to departments and branches by examining court orders & decisions and legal instruments and correspondences of legal nature
- Prepares statements of claim and defense, declaration for affidavit and memorandum of appeal;
- Prepares legal notice to be served to defaulters;
- Serves court summon/foreclosure notice to defaulters;
- Represents the bank in litigations, hearings and investigations before courts of law and other judicial bodies to handle cases instituted by the Bank’s and cases instituted against the Bank;
- Requests and obtains up-to dated statement of account of defaulting borrowers from branches;
- Requests and effects payment of court fees, executing and advertisement expenses in relation to court and foreclosure proceedings;
- Prepares case brief for a court decisions;
- Reports to his immediate supervisor as to whether an appeal is lodged or not;
- Prepares statement of appeal and opens file at appellate court;
- Examines judgments and court orders and advises branches on appropriate actions;
- Prepares statement of appeal and opens file at appellate court;
- Institutes action for bill of costs and execution;
- Gets copy of foreclosure and auction orders for action;
- Follows ups and facilitates the valuation of foreclosed properties and conduct auction
- Ensures that all legal documents and files are safely kept;
- Prepares and submits periodic progress report of cases assigned;

Qualification:
Graduates of years 2023 & 2024 G.C. with LLB in Law.
Work Experience: 0 (Zero Experience) No prior experience is required.
Age ≤ 25

Position 2: Assistant to the Company secretary
Essential Function
- Assist the Company secretary in organizing the secretary office with proper documentation of the BOD
- Assists the company secretary in organizing BOD and shareholders meeting;
- Ensures arrangement of meeting halls and refreshment whenever three is a BOD meeting
- Assists the company secretary in all BOD meetings and shareholders assembly related activities
- Records minutes of the BOD meeting in the absence of the company secretary
- Receives incoming letters, documents and information and presents to the company secretary
- With the consent of company secretary provides information to the shareholders and other relevant organs
- Organize the office and fulfils the office with the necessary materials
- Prepares communication letters and get them signed, issued properly, and ensures reaching to the appropriate bodies on time
- Arranges parking for board members by communicating with the physical security division on the days of BOD meetings
- Assists in generating and availing necessary data for reporting
- Communicating with the Banks transport unit to deliver documents to board members or other appropriate organs
- Undertakes others duties as per the company secretaries instruction and the requirements of the Banks memorandum of association
Job Requirement
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in the fields of secretary and office management, management, business administration, law, accounting and finance, banking and finance, and relating fields and 3.5/5.5 years of experience of which at least 1 year in board office on managerial positions.

Position 3: Senior Interest Free Banking Operation Officer
Essential Function:
- Facilitate inter branch operational activities for consistent IFB customer experience
- Assist the Manager in developing/updating and implementing branch operations policy and procedures.
- Ensures remittance services are attended with high priority
- Ensures smooth operation of IFB windows through the provision of active support and guidance;
- Ensures that outstanding items of the IFB operations are timely settled and
- Ensure IFB window dedication is properly implemented at all branches;
- Ensure all branches adhere to Shariah rules, principles and directions of Shariah Advisory committee;
- Monitors constant improvement of customer service delivery of IFB windows as per the Bank’s standard;
- Supports the IFB-Window Service to achieve its targets without compromising internal control of operational transactions;
- Follow up timely delivery of inquires/information from respective branches’ IFB windows;
- Give support to branches on handling IFB Customer’s issues i.e. investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding the services;
- Ensures that all IFB books of accounts are segregated, in balance and periodic closing of books of accounts are properly conducted and consolidated;
- Regularly follows the branches’ rectification of IFB related discrepancies reported by authorized work units and ensure improvements in the rectification process and rate;
- Propose process and procedural improvements on domestic banking operations for IFB services;
- Regularly Maintain Updated IFB window list and IFB window related information in his\her database;
- Set-up and facilitate technical trainings on branch operations for Interest Free Banking products and services;
Other Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Bank policies, practices, procedures, risk controls and guidelines in carrying out duties;

Position 4: Senior Interest Free Banking Financing Officer
Essential Function:
- Recruits potential customers and maintains strong relationship with existing customers;
- Establishes strong business relation with all customers of the Bank;
- Conduct adequate customer due diligence assessment;
- Ensures Shari’ah compliance of all financing requests before presenting to financing appraisal officer for further analysis;
- Ensures financing requests get timely decisions;
- Ensures timely collection of financing;
- Conducts strict financing follow-up on case by case basis;
- Ensures the quality of financing and provides periodic follow-up reports to the Manager, IFB Financing Division;
- Gets timely and proper solutions for deteriorating financing
- Ensures the legality of all financing customers;
- Ensures properties offered as collaterals are properly and timely valued; and
- Ensures financing documents are properly maintained and updated.
- Conducts a business visit to verify or evaluate the factual information contained on customers submitted documents and to make an objective assessment of the business;

- Confirms the financing process is adherence to the Financing Policy and Procedures of the Bank;

Position 5: Manager, Interest Free Banking Financing Division
Essential Function:
- Participate in developing strategy and work plan for the Department, in consultation with stakeholders. Sets out business plan of the process in line with the strategic objectives of the bank;
- Support the sustainable growth and profitability of the bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customers service and operational efficiency of Branches.
- Ensures customer recruitments are as per the Bank’s direction.
- Confirms the existence of single point contact of customers
- Ensure all financing requests get timely decisions; ensure the services are in line with customers’ expectation and market developments.
- Enhances customer relationship management of the Bank through customer acquisition and retention.
- Supervise and review the activities of the IFB customer relationship management team by regularly attending the demands of the customers through regular customer business visit to ensure satisfaction of the customers on the service delivery.
- Manages IF investment & financing activities as per the Bank’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Evaluates existing processes in relation to corporate objectives, industry leading practices and the desired future state.
- Targets potential customers, identifies customers’ need and potential for up-selling and cross-selling by analyzing their financial status, understanding their business model and building ongoing relationship in collaboration with Director, IFB Department.
- Monitor and review the IF financing initiation activity of bank through regular attendance of the customer issues directly by supervising the performance of the IFB customer relationship management team.
- Review the customer due-diligence activity performed by the IFB relationship teams, validity and completeness of documentation to ensure adherence and compliance to the regulatory framework, policy and procedure framework and any applicable laws.
- Reviews and endorses an independent analysis/appraisal and Risk Grading on all financing requests of customers;
- Approves customer financing risk rating/grading;
- Plan customer business visits and review the business visit reports compiled by the relationship teams to ensure that the customer profile developed for the evaluation of the customer is adequate to initiate IF financing analysis and appraisal.
- Review and appraise the IF financing approval form to ensure completely and duly filled; and authorize transfer of the IFFAF to the IF financing analysis and appraisal work unit for further analysis.
- Ensures that IF Investment and Financing analysis activity is carried out in-depth with regards to both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Ensures that the recommendation of the IF financing analyst does not suffer material under financing or over financing to indicate the business under consideration does not face early performance problems due to financial inefficiency.
- Reviews the IF financing analysis document and appraise the recommendation of the IF financing analyst before presentation of the IF financing case for committee deliberation.
- Manages financing pre-disbursement formalities (contact preparation & signing, collateral registration, insurance, etc…) and disbursements are performed in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

- Ensures that IF financings and advances which are due 90 days are transferred to the IF financing recovery work unit to initiate enforcement of the repayment by the means necessary as per the IF financing recovery policy and procedure
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/MBA/MA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, and any other related fields with 9.5/7.5 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant Senior IFB officer position.
Position 6: Manager, Compliance Division
Essential Function:
- Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.
- Assist in the development of and manage processes to identify and evaluate bank related risks and control self-assessments.
- Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and mechanism to mitigate.
- Facilitate risk management ownership by the Bank’s management, including awareness creation and provision of risk management training;
- Identify and review all compliance related risks associated with new products and ensure that the Bank’s internal controls in place are adequate to manage related risks prior to commencing new products.
- Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different organs of the Bank to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to understand their accountability for individual risks;
- Ensure standardized and integrated reporting on all risk management activities and exposures to concerned organs of the Bank
- Performs other related duties as required
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/MBA/MA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a Senior Risk/Compliance officer position in a banking industry.
