Position 1: Principal Corporate Credit Analyst
Job Summery
Essential Function
Credit Analysis
Analyze corporate credit requests, focusing on financial statements and creditworthiness.
Prepare initial assessment reports and present findings to senior analysts.
Documentation and Verification
Review documentation provided by applicants to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Liaise with branches to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
Risk Assessment
Conduct preliminary risk assessments, identifying potential issues related to credit applications.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure thorough evaluation of credit proposals.
Customer Support
Provide support to clients during the application process, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
Assist in developing relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting
Assist in preparing reports on credit assessments and portfolio performance.
Maintain accurate records of credit analyses and decisions.
VIII. Additional Responsibilities
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager to support the Corporate Credit Analysis and Appraisal Division.
Job Requirement
Qualification: MBA/MA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 5.5 years of experience in relevant fields in banking industry of which at least 1 Year as Senior Credit Analyst (Corporate or SME)/Senior credit workout officer/ Senior District Credit Analyst.

Position 2: Senior Credit Review Officer
Job Summery
Essential Function
Ensure the lending activities in compliance with prudent lending standards Of NBE’s Directives, the Bank’s Credit Policy and Procedure;
Verify that borrowers are using loans, advances, and overdraft facilities for The agreed/ intended purposes, and indicate the Management to take timely Corrective measures if funds are allocated elsewhere;
Ensure the non-accrual status is identified, classified, and place problem Or deteriorating loans on non-accrual status as required by the Directive;
Regularly, and on an on-going basis, review all loans or advances, which are Equal to or above five percent (5%) of a bank’s total capital to a single Counterparty;
Review on a sample base performing loans are progressing as per agreed Terms and conditions to confirm they are performing as expected;
Ensure restructured loans meet exit criteria before being reclassified and Oversee loan restructuring, ensuring it is done within set limits (3 iterations for short/medium-term loans, 4 for long-term loans;.
Recommend corrective actions for problem loans, non-compliant lending Practices, or weak credit administration;
Recommend to maintain loan quality and compliance while reducing the risk of non-performing loans;
Accomplish other task as assigning by his/her immediate supervisor;
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/MBA/MA Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position

Qualification:
