Position 1: – Junior Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function:
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects and validates original Payment Instruments against the System.
- Issues and signs Payment Instruments
- Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
- Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
- Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Graduates of years 2022 & 2023 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
Work Experience: No prior experience is required. 0 (Zero Experience)
Age ≥ 25
Exit Exam is required for 2023 G.C fresh graduates

Essential Function:
- Undertake all secretarial and administrative work of the office,
- Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls and faxes
- Handles email correspondences,
- Undertakes all office management activities,
- Handles incoming and outgoing letters,
- Manage customer requests,
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management and any other related fields
Work Experience: with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry

Position 4: – Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Essential Function:
- Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,
- Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,
- Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,
- Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,
- Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,
- Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,
- Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents.
Job Requirement:
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields
Work Experience: with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Position 5: – Human Capital Management Officer (Re-Advertised)
Essential Function:
- Prepares recruitment minutes by receiving results from the interview panel,
- Prepare vacancy advertisements and sends to media and notice boards after approval,
- Handle and maintain personnel records of all staff related to employment, promotion, transfer, appointment, salary adjustment, termination and other personnel details; amends records as required,
- Handles internal/ external recruitment and employee benefit activities of the Ban,
- Follows ups the timely delivery of performance evaluations of probationary period employees from head office and branches,
- Consolidate accrued annual leaves and other leaves of all staff,
- Keep, maintain and update Human Resource Database,
- Performs other related duties as required
Job Requirement:
BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a relevant officer position.

Position 6: Senior Risk Management Officer
Essential Function:
- Monitor and give assurance that the comprehensive risk management program is adequately and effectively implemented,
- Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the bank and disclosing using quarterly report,
- Conduct through risk assessment and mechanism to mitigate potential risks,
- Participate in the process of developing risk policies and procedures and programs,
- Identify prevalent risk areas within the bank as per the internationally accepted best practices and by considering the Ethiopian Financial sector perspectives,
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
MBA/MA/BA in Marketing and communication, Business Administration, Management, any other related fields with 3.5 /5.5 years of experience in relevant fields in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Position 7: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function:
- Assists and takes over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in case of absence and delegation
- Assists Customer Service Specialists in handling and counting bulk cash deposits/withdrawals
- Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
- Checks and balance physical cash with the Cash Administrator
Job Requirement:
BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other related fields with 2.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on CSS position
Place of Work: – Aleta wondo,Yirga chefe and Wukro Branches
Position 8: Branch Manager – Grade C
Essential Function:
- Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
- Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
- Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
- Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
- Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
- Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.
Job Requirement:
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A
