Position 1: Junior System Administrator

Essential Function:

  • Providing assistance on application administration including but not limited to configuration, custom group and role development, security issues, upgrade and future release
  • Review software performance and report to supervisor
  • Assist on system recoveries and restore process up on approval
  • Perform end of day operation and daily backups
  • Work closely with ISD staffs to provide end-user support and issue resolution

Job Requirement

Graduates of years 2022 & 2023 G.C with BA in computer science and other related fields

Work Experience: No prior experience is required with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00

Position 2: Administrative Assistant

Essential Function:

  • Undertake all secretarial and administrative work of the office,
  • Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls and faxes
  • Handles email correspondences,
  • Undertakes all office management activities,
  • Handles incoming and outgoing letters,
  • Manage customer requests,
  • Performs other duties as required by the supervisor

Job Requirement:

Required Qualification: Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management and any other related fields

Work Experience: with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry

Place of Work: – Bahir Dar and Hawassa District offices

Position 3: – Associate Office Equipment Maintenance Technician I

Essential Function:

Under the Supervision of General Services Division Manager, supervises the timely maintenance and repair of office equipment, performs major inspection and repairs of office equipment such as photocopier, printer, not counting machine, etc. Supports the maintenance and repair of various electrical communication, metallic and wood appliances and furniture and others

Job Requirement

Required Qualification: Diploma 10+3/4 in electronics, IT, or related fields and 4 years of related experience, out of which two years as an office equipment maintenance technician or related fields OR  10th or 12th grade complete and 8 years of relevant experience.

Position 4: – Loan Workout Officer

Essential Function:

  • Conducts an independent credit analysis/appraisal on all credit requests’ of customers,
  • Collects all required loan processing documents and information from Customer, information/data/research output from the database of the bank (if available), or from the market as deemed necessary,
  • Conducts customer credit risk rating/grading,
  • Conducts negotiation with customers with problem loans and advances, proposes resolution mechanisms, and follow-up the restructured loans and customer’s business
  • Follow-up legal action (foreclosure/litigation) and searches for attachable or foreclosed properties,
  • Propose full or partial write-off hopeless loans and advances,
  • Conducts post write-off follow-up in collaboration with the concerned branches,
  • Closely works with respective Branches for timely execution of remedial measures of problematic loans,
  • Prepares and presents credit appraisal proposal to the concerned credit committees,
  • Participates in other activities of the Bank’s NPL management committees in conformity with the enclosures of the credit policy, procedure and other regulations of the Bank and NBE,
  • Mentors and assist in training of subordinate staff, junior credit workout officers,

Job Requirement

Required Qualification: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems & any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer

Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Head office)

Position 5: District Credit Analyst

Essential Function:

  • Check the files received from Branches and ensure  all relevant documents are attached in the file
  • Inform applicants the documents required for loan processing(if the applicant approach directly CMD)
  • Check the applicant’s request is within the credit policy and procedure of the Bank
  • Check the applicant’s relationship with the Bank. Ensure all analysis report is finalized within the set loan processing time
  • Solicit ideas and suggestions from customers to develop new credit products
  • Suggest solutions if there is any bottle neck in the credit policy and procedure
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

Required Qualification: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer

Place of Work: – Addis Ababa District offices

Position 6: Credit Follow-Up & Portfolio Management Officer

Essential Function:

  • Check loans and advances are repaid as per the terms and conditions of the loan contract
  • Properly Classify loans as per NBE directive and maintain loan provision
  • Manages the credit portfolio of the Bank
  • Compiles and prepares periodic report
  • Ensure that loans are disbursed as per the terms and condition of approval
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

Required Qualification: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer

Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Head office)

Position 7: Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Essential Function:

  • Conduct Activities in regard to preparation of strategic plan of the Bank
  • Participate in preparation of strategic plan management of the Bank
  • Performs the annual of strategic plan management of the Bank
  • Follow up and see the profitability activities of the division and as well as the Bank
  • Prepares and consolidate periodic monthly, quarterly and annually performance reporte
  • Conduct studies to assess the Banks performance and advise department regarding results of studies
  • Performs planning, monitoring and evaluation reports of the Bank in an orderly and timely manner, to the required quality, in with plans and corporate requirements
  • Reviews proposals for major capital expenditures to ensure conformity with plans and determines economic justification of proposals
  • Consolidates and prepare annual plan and budget of the Bank
  • Prepare and consolidates action plan of the Bank
  • Gather and maintains data on the banking industry
  • Consolidates and prepare annual performance report of the Bank
  • Conduct branch performance evaluation study when necessary
  • Conduct various business and economic researches when necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Required Qualification: BA in Marketing and Communication, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, banking and Finance, Economics and, any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry
