Enat Bank SC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Customer Service Officer (Marketing Communication & Customer Service Department)

Essential Function:

  • Support in the implementation of customer service strategies.
  • Support the Manager in overseeing the department’s operations in process flow of customer service
  • Answer phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries
  • Direct customers to online resources
  • Create and maintain reports on customer interactions
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about conversations and outcomes
  • Present ideas for improving customer care
  • Develop customer rapport
  • Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys
  • Make recommendations to managers to improve customer experience
  • Identify customer need , expectations, and deliver service request to ensure effective service
  • Ensure to achieve first contact resolution for each customer request
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support customer relation activities
  • Conduct different research to identify opportunities to enhance the customer service of the Bank
  • Organize appropriate identification and database of customer to appropriately serve customer
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing different event that enhance customer experience

Job Requirement:

BSc/BA in marketing, Management, Business administration or relevant fields of study with 3.5 years of relevant work experience

Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 2: Data Center Attendant

Essential Function:

  • Ensures the availability of Data Center on 24×7 basis including Holiday and other vacation coverage
  • Ensures that power systems, such as Uninterruptable power system (UPS) are working properly
  • Ensures that back-up generator are functioning properly and adequate fuel is refilled
  • Ensures that Fire suppression systems in functioning properly
  • Ensures that Air conditioning system are working properly
  • After getting approval from supervisor, ensures the proper shutdown of service and communication equipment in the vent of malfunctioning of Air-condition system and power and power system and backup generators
  • Some emergency situation require that the system be shut down to a level where it is safe to remove power
  • Performs miscellaneous job -related duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Electronics and any other fields with 2 years of experience in relevant field of which at least 1 recent year in banking industry.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer (Marketing Communication & Customer Service Department)

Essential Function:

  • Analyze business processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness.
  • Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer service needs by building communicative and open relationships..
  • Facilitate adherence to customer service standard.
  • Monitor lapses in delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Plan delivery of services that meet customer requirements.
  • Resolve customer relationship management conflicts.
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from customers and give them the right answers and directions
  • Give accurate direction and support to the division to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals
  • Carefully identify problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment in connection with customer service
  • Make use of proven business techniques in the identification of lapses and loop holes in the organization’s customer service division and recommend better strategies that will yield better results
  • Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with clients, convince them of all benefits of doing business with the Bank and create an open and accessible communication rout for free flow of information
  • Support employees with the rules and regulations of the organization in order to enable them work in accordance with acceptable standards as this will affect their level of productivity and performance in customer service .
  • Work with other HR departments to ensure that employees are very knowledgeable about work ethics and latest trends obtainable in the business market to obtain better results in customer service
  • Serves professionally to address customers complaint which may arise in the course of business transactions,
  • Conduct all research that contribute for best customer service experience

Job Requirement:

BA/MBA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, and any other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 year as a relevant officer position.

Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 4: Accounts Administrator – Grade B

Essential Function:

  • Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,
  • Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,
  • Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,
  • Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,
  • Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,
  • Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,
  • Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents.

Job Requirement:

BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Place of Work: – Ginchi, kombolcha and Asella Branches
