Essential Function:
- Plans, leads and executes grass root marketing campaigns and acquisition strategies;
- Leverages central data and identified targeted customer for lead generation;
- Facilitates cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow-up through on calls with leads and current customers;
- Leads, trains and coaches branch customer service representatives on product selling skills, cross selling and upselling techniques;
- Develops corporate customers mapping profile;
- Arranges meeting with corporate customers and make calls if necessary;
- Engages district branches to work on activation of dormant/inactive accounts;
- Oversees district branches inactive account to lobby customers;
- Trains district branches staffs about new products and services;
- Follow ups district branches financial and non-financial performances and communicate progress and produce report;
- Develops periodical sales strategies for district branches to achieve organizational sales goals;
- Supports district branches to meet their operation targets by developing way-out plan and providing customer contacts and business acquisitions;
- Arranges product sales week and marketing campaign for district branches;
- Engages in periodic district branches visitation and mystery shopping;
- Compiles district branches financial/non-financial performance reports and produce reports;
- Undertakes market intelligence, campaign, events and develop reports;
- Identifies potential branch location to open new branches under the district territory;
- Collaborates with district branches and identifies emerging/mass markets and strives to expand customer base and resource mobilization activities;
- Examines causes that affect district branches business operation and comes up with solution options;
- Performs other duties as required by immediate supervisor
Job Requirement
BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Management, or any other related fields
Work Experience: 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as relevant Officer Position

Position 1: Senior Human Capital Management Officer (District)
Essential Function
Involve in the development and amendment of human resource policy, procedure, manual and guidelines
- Makes professional contribution to the existence of proper organizational structure, job description, job grades, and job specification
- Participate in the implementation of personnel policies and strategies and resolves procedural problems arising from their applications
- Make career development of staff and or succession planning
- Studies employee satisfaction, turnover, absenteeism, other personnel issues and identifies root causes and proposes solution options
- Handles employee grievances, disciplinary issues and other administrative problems when necessary
- Advice on the proper implementation of the rules and regulations on employee benefits policy and procedure manual
- Analyze and Propose benefit issues that needs study and amendments • Design to implement career development structure and succession planning programs
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Evaluate and analyses the current performance of employee evaluation system and propose better systems,
- Design to implement team development exercises on staff events and related meetings when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields
Work Experience: 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function:
- Assists and takes over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in case of absence and delegation
- Assists Customer Service Specialists in handling and counting bulk cash deposits/withdrawals
- Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
- Checks and balance physical cash with the Cash Administrator
Job Requirement:
BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other related fields
Work Experience: 1.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on CSS position.
Place of Work: – Addis Ababa (Weletie) Branches
Position 3: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function:
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects and validates original Payment Instruments against the System.
- Issues and signs Payment Instruments
- Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
- Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
- Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
Work Experience: No prior experience is required

Position 4: Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function:
- Receive and deliver physical cash from and to customer,
- Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
- Update passbook, print deal slip or issues a customer advice,
- Entertain deposit of cheques and other financial instruments
Job Requirement:
BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields
Work Experience: 1 year of experience or Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in banking operation, customer service operation in banking industry; of which at least 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Specialist or 2 years of micro finance experience

Position 5: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Essential Function:
- Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,
- Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,
- Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,
- Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,
- Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,
- Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,
- Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents.
Job Requirement:
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields
Work Experience: 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.
Place of Work: – Gedeb Assasa (readvertized), Addis Ababa (Weletie), Gambella, Humera, Harara, Branches
Position 6: Branch Manager – Grade C
Essential Function:
- Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
- Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
- Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
- Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
- Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
- Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.
Job Requirement:
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields
Work Experience: 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A
