Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects and validates original Payment Instruments against the System.
- Issues and signs Payment Instruments
- Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
- Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
- Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
No prior experience is required

Position 2: Manager, Support Division
Essential Function
- Periodically, review HR strength of branches and recruit based on predetermined criteria and communicate / Human Capital Management Department to assign additional staff if need be or transfer out of the branch/districts;
- Prepare annual training plan for district branches and forward to HR or consult HR on training needs if necessary;
- Conduct training need assessments to ensure staff are equipped with relevant knowledge and skill;
- Engages in employment and other HR functions of the district;
- Evaluates branches’ volume of transaction and recommends for enforcement of human resource;
- Ensure coordination, collaboration between HO, district and branches;
- Facilitates required resource to be avail and logistics requirements are in good order for existing and new branches;
- Provide any general service and maintenance assistance to district and branches;
- Make sure the availability of proper equipment’s and working materials are available for branches under the district;
- Coordinates trainings, inductions, and other experience sharing platforms;
- Ensures timely maintenance of office equipment and furniture;
- Engages in logistics and procurement functions of the district;
- Collect Performa’s from different vendors;
- Formulate and analyse the technical specification for tenders under the district;
- Coordinates transportation and motorist facilities under the district
- Analyses reports and identify activities that are outstanding and need to be acted up on and continuously follow-up on their status;
- Identify branch competency gap, support and facilitate training program;
- Follows up the supply of office equipment & materials requested by branches of vital for service provision;
- Develop cost minimization initiatives to the districts in general and branches in particular;
- Studies and introduces system and procedure to improve resource utilization and efficiency of branch;
- Act as secretary/member of district loan approving, recruitment and procurement committee;
- Preforms other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA/MBA/MA Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, Any other related fields 8.5/6.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which 2 years in relevant senior officer position in banking industry

Position 3: Manager, Business Operation Division
Essential Function
- Develop Business activities of the district and branches;
- Cascade annual branch targets for existing and newly opened branches;
- Ensure district branches in aligned with the action plan developed to attain their yearly target;
- Capture potential corporate customer database to create business relationship;
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, researching the target market and finding companies to target, chasing leads and following up on opportunities to increase deposit market base and FCY earning of district branches;
- Manages the customer life cycle strategy from acquisition through to early client engagement and defines strategies to optimize deposit performance;
- Coaches Branch Managers and their teams to leverage lead generation techniques;
- Integrate, prioritize and manage district promotional campaigns across product lines;
- Roll out good practices/experiences and pilot to the rest of branches;
- Ensures operational uniformity throughout district branches;
- Perform periodic comparative assessment branch actual performance against targets and communicate performance gaps to branches respective branches;
- Develop district annual branch network expansion plan;
- Control district and branch expenses;
- Focus on district branch operational issues and solve problems if any;
- Follow-up that smooth and proper flows of operations take place in branches;
- Oversees all business transactions and practices within span of control, ensuring compliance with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and internal audit requirements;
- Installs various surveillance procedures to vigorously check out for possible hindrances and bottlenecks surrounding the operation and strives on the solution;
- Creates awareness to branches to take the necessary precaution in connection with fraud, forgery, KYC and AML actions;
- Supervise and monitor branches on KYC System to clear their unregistered and rejected account lists and communicate concerned branches;
- Ensures that discrepancies reported under audit and inspection are rectified on time by the respective district branches;
- Facilitate districts branches to minimize recurrent operational discrepancies, and follow-up for the timely settlement/rectification of the discrepancies observed and report immediately rectify discrepancies to Branch Banking Department;
- Regularly receives feedbacks on the Domestic Operations Procedure Manual, Terms, and Tariff Manual for possible revision/amendment by the pertinent organ as and when it deems necessary;
- Installs various surveillance procedures to vigorously check out for possible hindrances and bottlenecks surrounding the operation and strives on the solution;
- Ensure comparative deposits, credit, international banking, digital banking products are selling across district branches.
- Evaluates branches’ volume of transaction and recommends for upgrading/downgrading.
- Act as secretary/member of district loan approving, recruitment and procurement committee;
- Visits sites to be registered as collateral for the loan amount the bank grants;
- Studies and introduces system and procedure to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of branch performance;
- Preforms other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA/MBA/MA Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields 9.5/7.5 years of experience in relevant field in banking industry, of which 2 years in relevant senior officer position in banking industry

Position 4: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Essential Function
- Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,
- Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,
- Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,
- Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,
- Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,
- Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,
- Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents
Job Requirement:
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position
Place of Work: – Mettu, Bonga ,Bulehora, Assela and Adewa
Position 5: Branch Manager – Grade C
Essential Function:
- Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
- Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
- Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
- Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
- Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
- Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch
Job Requirement:
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A
