Position 1: Senior Information System Audit Officer
Essential Function:
Prepares audit finding memoranda and working papers to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusions.
Prepares and presents written and oral reports and other technical information in a pertinent, concise, and accurate manner for distribution to management.
Follows up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective action(s).
Coordinates and interacts with external auditors, administrators, bank, staff and law enforcement officials as appropriate; may be required to testify in court.
Conduct operational, compliance, financial and investigative audits, as assigned.

Job Requirement
Bsc/Msc +Diploma/BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Admin in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Any other related fields with 6.5/4.5 years of experience in relevant fields, of which at least 2 recent years as a relevant officer in banking industry

Position 2: – Driver Mechanic I
Essential Function:
- Drives company cars to designated areas as per instruction of supervisor,
- Maintains and follows up safety of cars and takes safety precaution measures,
- Maintains the cleanness of cars every day,
- Communicates all incidents on and off the road to the proper bodies following rules and regulation,
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
- Perform duties and act as a district liaison
Job Requirement
8th/10h Grade & Driving license public level I or Old 3rd level license with 2 years of service in driving and mechanic works, the skill on servicing/maintaining vehicle, Good communication & interpersonal skill, teamwork, customer orientation & problem solving.

Position 3: – Attorney
Essential Function:
- Render legal advices to departments and branches by examining court orders & decisions and legal instruments and correspondences of legal nature
- Prepares statements of claim and defense, declaration for affidavit and memorandum of appeal;
- Prepares legal notice to be served to defaulters;
- Serves court summon/foreclosure notice to defaulters;
- Represents the bank in litigation, hearings and investigations before courts of law and other judicial bodies to handle cases instituted by the Bank’s and cases instituted against the Bank;
- Requests and obtains up-to dated statement of account of defaulting borrowers from branches;
- Requests and effects payment of court fees, executing and advertisement expenses in relation to court and foreclosure proceedings;
- Prepares case brief for a court decisions;
- Reports to his immediate supervisor as to whether an appeal is lodged or not;
- Prepares statement of appeal and opens file at appellate court;
- Examines judgments and court orders and advises branches on appropriate actions;
- Prepares statement of appeal and opens file at appellate court;
- Institutes action for bill of costs and execution;
- Gets copy of foreclosure and auction orders for action;
- Follows ups and facilitates the valuation of foreclosed properties and conduct auction
- Ensures that all legal documents and files are safely kept;
- Prepares and submits periodic progress report of cases assigned;
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirement
Law, Any other related fields with 2.5 years of experience in legal functions, preferably in banking industry

Position 4: Manager, Information Systems Audit Division (Re Advertised)
Essential Function:
Designs and develops audit procedures, and reviews and evaluates work of associates within and outside of the Audit Department.
Recommends and submits reports on identified corrections and controls in need of improvement
Job Requirement
Bsc/Msc +Diploma/BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Admin Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Any other related fields with 9.5/7.5 years of experience in relevant field, of which at least 2 years as senior officer in banking industry
