Position 1: Liaison Officer
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Architecture, Business Administration , communication & public relations and related fields
- 0 (zero) years and above experience. / Graduate
- Fluency in English Language is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
- To be multi-lingual is advantages
- Working in similar companies is advantage.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Position 2: Senior Structural Engineer
Required Number: 2 (Two)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and related Fields
- 10 years and above experience in structural design of high rising building
- Working in similar companies is advantage.
Position 3: – Contract Administrator (Engineer)
Required Number: 1 (One)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- BSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering /Construction Technology & Management/ with 7 years of experience.
- 4 years’ Experience with involvement in 3 (three) Construction Projects as a contract engineer or contract administrator.
- Experience in construction supervision projects.
- Working in similar companies is advantage.
Position 4: – Tender Preparation professional
Required Number: 2 (Two)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- BSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering /Construction Technology & Management/
- 0(Zero) years of experience. / Graduate /
- Experience in Tender preparation of Construction projects.
- Working in similar companies is advantage.
Position 5: – Senior Mechanical Engineer
Required Number: 1 (One)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and related Fields
- 10 years and above experience in preparation of mechanical Design.
- Working in similar companies is advantage.
Position 6: – Quantity Surveyor
Required Number: 1 (One)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering and related field
- 4 years and above experience in quantity surveyor
- Working in similar companies is advantage.
Position 7: Senior CAD Expert
Required Number: 1 (One)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
- Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in drafting/ or diploma in Darting technic
- 6 years and above experience in drafting on structural design
- Working in similar companies is advantage.
Position 8: High way Engineer
Required Number: 1 (One)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering and related Fields
- 6 years and above experience in High way Design.
- Experience in undertake the design and delivery of highway engineering projects.
Position 9: Senior Architect
Required Number: 1 (One)
For all position Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Architecture
- 10 years and above experience in architectural design
- Experience in undertake the design and delivery of architectural related design projects.
