Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management/ Management or other related field of study from a recognized University
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Organization
Insurance experience are preferable
Additional qualities &competencies Required:
- Good knowledge of HRM principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the Labor Law and Company HRM policies and procedures
- Knowledge of induction and training coordination
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to undertake training impact assessment
- Ability to direct and coordinate various tasks
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of purchasing and supplies management
- Good knowledge of transport and warehouse management

- Good knowledge of basic computer applications skill
- Ability to collect and analyze relevant data
- Basic knowledge of driving skill and rules and regulations of the traffic management

Position 2: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Requirement
