Position 1: Claims Officer
Qualifications: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related field of study from a recognized University.
Experience: A minimum of 1(one) year experience in business organization
Additional Qualities & Abilities Required:
Plan, organize, coordinate & Control activities of the company
Broad knowledge of organizing meetings and taking minutes of the shareholders as well as the Board of Directors of the Company.
Organize and keep information and records of the company
Provide reports and other necessary information promptly to the concerned body
Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills
Dependable & Team Player
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of human resource management of the Company; Develops human resource and succession plans and programs in collaboration with relevant work units;
Prepares training plans based on need assessment findings and available training budget;
Provides technical advice to employees or managers on human resource management issues; Prepares annual budget and periodic performance reports and submits to supervisor;
Basic knowledge of company claim policies and procedures
Ability to expedite the progress of repairs

Position 2: Manager, Human Resource Management Division
Qualification: BA Degree in Human Resource Management /Management or related field of study from a recognized University
Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience of which 2 years at senior position
Additional qualities & competencies required: –
Plan, organize and manage here activities properly
Excellent knowledge of office management principles and practices
Good knowledge of business correspondence and report writing
Ability to organize files and documents
Basic knowledge of insurance business
Basic knowledge of company claim policies and procedures
Ability to expedite progress of repairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Good computer software applications skill
Dependable & team work
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: – Executive Secretary – II
Qualification: BA Degree /College Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management or other related field of study from a recognized University
Experience: A minimum of 4 years for Degree or 6 years of relevant experience for Diploma
Work experiences in insurance are preferable.
Additional qualities & competencies required: –
Plan, organize and manage here activities properly
Excellent knowledge of office management principles and practices
Good knowledge of business correspondence and report writing
Ability to organize files and documents
Basic knowledge of insurance business
Basic knowledge of company claim policies and procedures
Ability to expedite progress of repairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Good computer software applications skill
Dependable & team work
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Board Secretary
Qualification: LLB /BA Degree in Law, Management, Literature, or in other related field of study from a recognized University
Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience. Out of which two (2) years in senior position
Additional qualities & competencies required: –
Plan, organize and manage here activities properly
Excellent knowledge of office management principles and practices
Good knowledge of business correspondence and report writing
Ability to organize files and documents
Basic knowledge of insurance business
Basic knowledge of company claim policies and procedures
Ability to expedite progress of repairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Good computer software applications skill
