Ethio-Terit Saving and Credit Cooperative Society would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Legal Officer
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience (internship or attachment acceptable).
- Experience or exposure to cooperative societies, microfinance, or financial institutions is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of cooperative and financial laws
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, legal filing systems)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa , Akakai Kality S/City, Gelan Condominium (Central Building)
Position 2: Sales Professional
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration
Experience
- 1–2 years of sales experience or recruitment of new customers
- Experience in SACCO, Micro finance/ banking are an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong sales drive.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adama
Position 3: Senior Marketing Officer
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
- Marketing Management
- Sales
- Business Administration
- Management
- Cooperative Management
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or community mobilization.
- Experience in SACCO, microfinance, cooperative sector is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of SACCO operations
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Community mobilization ability
- Report writing skills
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Social media communication skills
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adama
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing management (Master’s degree is preferred)
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of direct experience in SACCOs, microfinance or banking, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of SACCOs working context, microfinance operations, cooperative methodologies, and financial sector dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with SACCos MIS systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Place of Work : Addis Ababa(Akaki Branch) , Ambo
