Position 1: Cargo Specialist (Expat)
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

: BSc/BA/Bachelor Engineering Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field of studies from a recognized University/College/Vocational School with a minimum of 15 years experience, out of which minimum of 7 years experience in Airport.
Language proficiency: Fluent in written and Spoken in English Language.
Key Competencies:
Oversee, review and manage the development of air cargo studies and assessments including program implementation and business plans
Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of cargo facilities at the airport and supporting infrastructure, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Position 3: Airport Operations/ Readiness Advisor (Expat)

Key Competencies:
Establish, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with senior representatives of key stakeholders including Airline and Airport management, vendors, sub-concessionaires, consumer groups and the airport community as a whole to ensure all stakeholders are engaged in the ORAT program.
Work closely with the ORAT Consultant, major projects team members and appropriate subject-matter-experts, contractors, and systems integrators to ensure the success of the trials designed to progressively test building functions as they are commissioned.
Facilitate the coordination of ORAT activities between the ORAT Consultant and Project Management/Construction Management Teams
Ensure the timely implementation of Project schedules, testing and close out plans

Position 4: Commercial/ Contracts Engineer (Expat)

Qualification Requirements: BSc/ Bachelor Engineering Degree in Engineering field of studies from a recognized University/College/Vocational School with a minimum of 20 years experience, out of which minimum of 5 years experience in Airport.

Key Competencies:
Responsible for Commercial related matters and tasks related to Contract Management and Cost monitoring.
Provide guidance and assistance in all aspects of contract management for the proper implementation of contract provisions.
Oversee Contract negotiation with different project parties.
Plan and implement overall packaging strategy and procurement plan
Assists in managing the tendering process starting from the invitation to tender, going through the tender period and respond to the tenderers’ queries, evaluate tenders, issue tender evaluation report.

Oversee, review and manage the development of terminal planning studies and assessments including commercial terminal studies, airport and terminal/landside plans, program implementation, and business plans for commercial service airports

Direct the inspection of new construction for conformance with contract provisions, plans, specifications and sound construction practices.
Establish and maintain important contacts with representatives of state and local government agencies, legislative bodies, airlines, airport tenants, and the general public.
