As a Graduate Trainee at ECMA, you will embark on a comprehensive one-year training program designed to cultivate your skills and knowledge in capital market regulation. The program integrates hands-on experience with classroom learning, emphasizing practical application with approximately 90% of training conducted on the job. A key highlight is the mentorship provided by experienced professionals in the capital market industry, offering invaluable insights and guidance for your career development.
Ethiopian Capital Market Authority would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Young professional (Graduate Trainee)
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields.
Recent graduate within the last 2 years, including this year’s graduating students.
Minimum GPA of 3.6 or above.
We encourage applications from candidates residing in remote areas outside of Addis Ababa, as diversity in backgrounds strengthens our organizational perspectives.
Throughout the training, you will rotate through various departments, gaining a holistic understanding of ECMA’s operations, processes, and organizational culture. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be strategically placed within a department that aligns with your strengths and our operational needs, ensuring a seamless transition into your role as a Young Professional.
