Position 1:Terms of Reference (ToR) for Training Consultancy on Disability Inclusion, Gender Equality, Safeguarding, and Other Organizational Topics
Job requirement
Proven experience in training and capacity development in disability inclusion, gender equality, and safeguarding.
Experience working in the development/humanitarian sector.
Familiarity with national and international safeguarding policies and standards.
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in multicultural settings and with marginalized groups, particularly persons with disabilities.
Fluency in English and [local language if needed, e.g., Amharic].
Copy of renewed Registration Certificate,
Valid Business License for the sector
Education background of the expert who will sign the contract for the assignment.
