Ethiopian Construction Design & Supervision Works Corporation would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: – Structure Foreman
Critical criteria/Skill to be successful in this role:
- Experience planning and carrying out structural and finishing tasks in a team environment;
- Experience working with form work and reinforcement
- Experience in working with concrete work
- Experience in working with floor and wall tiles
- Experience in ceiling works
- Experience in block works
- Experience in gypsum works
- Experience in aluminum works
- Experience electrical, sanitary and mechanical works
- Experience in joinery
- Experience renovation works;
Job Requirements
- Level IV and above in building /road construction
- 8 years and above experience in known construction company
Workplace: Anywhere in Ethiopia

Position 2: Foreman Mechanic – Equipment
Critical criteria/Skill to be successful in this role:
- Good communication skills.
- Normal reasoning skills.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Requirements
- TVET level III and above in Auto mechanic or related field
- 8 years and above experience in similar role at well known construction company

Position 3: Senior Laboratory Technician
Job Requirements
Diploma/TVET Level III/IV in Building/Road Construction Technologies & 6 years or above work experience
BSC in Civil Engineering or related field of study & 3 years and above work experience

Position 4: Senior Site Engineer /Re advertised/
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bsc in Civil engineering, Construction Technology and Management or related field
- 4 years and above in a similar setting within construction company
- International company experience is an advantage

Position 5: General Foreman
Job Requirements
- TVET Level IV in Building/Road Construction Technologies
- Above 10 years of related work experience out of which 1 year at international company is an added advantage

Position 5: Section Manager /Re advertised/
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Building Engineering or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a Site Engineer, Senior Site Engineer or similar role.
- Able to demonstrate experience of large scale or complex projects and development of effective strategies to meet time, cost, quality constraints and in ensuring project deliverable are continuously met.
- The ideal candidate having an international experience/or worked with international companies here in Ethiopia will be given priority
- Must have a proven track record of the successful management of site / project works.
