Position 1: Site HR & Admin
Education:
Bachelor of Arts Degree in HRM, Management or related field of study
2 years and above
Applicants Should have similar role experience in a construction company /Worked in construction Project’s as an HR
Critical skills required
Willingness to work extra hours and go the extra mile to get the job done
Ability to work/operate with others smoothly
Ability to work in challenging environment and willingness to relocate anywhere in Ethiopia (project sites)
Great Communication and people management skills
Computer skills is a must.

Position 2: Contract Administrator
(Building Projects)
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
Work experience 3 years and above
Working in similar role in a construction company specializing in building projects.
Candidate with International company experience will be given priority
Must be aligned, Commercially Aware, Honest and Shows high levels of Integrity.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
Work experience 3 years and above
Working in similar role in a construction company specializing in Road and Bridge construction projects.
Candidate with International company experience will be given priority
Must be aligned, Commercially Aware, Honest and Shows high levels of Integrity.
Critical criteria/Skill to be successful in this role:
Knowledge on contract law and risk management,
Strong communication abilities,
Analytical reasoning, project management, and the ability to interpret and analyze contracts.

Position 4: Senior Store Keeper
(Building & Road Projects)
Requirements:
BA degree in Management, logistics & Supply chain Management or related field and at least 1 year of experience as a Senior/Store Keeper
College Diploma in any art field and at least 2 years of experience
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel , PowerPoint)
Critical criteria/ Skill needed in this role:
Proficiency in inventory management.
Communication skills. A storekeeper job usually involves interacting with colleagues, clients, employers, and even third-party vendors.
Reporting skill
Data entry skills.
Must be able to work extended hours and weekends
Position 5: Accountant
(Building & Road Projects)
Qualification and Requirements:
B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics from a recognized university
Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting/Finance or financial management
Demonstrated experience working IN a construction firm is an asset, OR Experience working WITH affiliated organizations commissioning complex construction projects by hiring construction firms is an asset
The ideal candidate having international experience/or worked with international companies here in Ethiopia is an added advantage and will be given priority.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting procedures especially relevant to the industry in Ethiopia
Knowledge of local finance and accounting laws and regulations.
Experience and working knowledge of using financial software and/or organizational ERPs is a distinct Advantage

Position 6: Procurement Engineer
(Sourcing)
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
B.S.c in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field of study
Minimum 3 Years & above work experience in procurement in a construction firm Specialized in Sourcing
Demonstrated understanding of standard/basic procurement workflow processes and construction industry procurement.
Knowledge of the industry market and ability to understand the technical requirement attached to the role
International experience and/or experience working with international organizations and/or with affiliated firms is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Good Command of English language skills.
Working knowledge of Engineering software AutoCAD , Revit or similar is Mandatory.
