EEC-Construction business unit key activities are high-end complex construction projects, predominately high-rise commercial and residential buildings, real-estate; infrastructure (roads, railways and airports) & water and energy sector construction.
EEC-Construction alone would grow into a conglomerate of several business units including Piling, underground and foundation Works, Fit-Out, Energy (Solar Solutions), Electro- Mechanical Solution, Facility Management, Landscape and Construction Materials Production.
Position: Trainer
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, construction management or other relevant related Fields
· More than 3 years of experience as a trainer
. Additional diploma in TVET training is an added value
Trainer (for projects) will be responsible to develop, train and coach as well as review and advise on the productivity of skilled and semi-skilled labor force across all project sites.
Top Roles and Responsibilities:
· Make a training need assessment and identify skill gaps that needs to be filled across all projects
· Liaises with Training Coordinator/Training & Capability Manager, and other HR department teams to develop and implement training
· Design and develop training curriculum, schedules for skilled and semi-skilled labor force
· Conduct training’s by choosing appropriate training methods (face to face, practical, stimulated, mentoring, on the job training development classes) and prepare evaluation exam by the end of all training sessions.
· Responsible to conduct training’s efficiently and in cost effective manner (use internal resource as much as possible)
· Maintain updated database and training records for all types of training.
. Make assessments in all projects and share ideas
