The Main purpose of the re-establishment of the group is to enable it play a leading role in the development of heavy industries in the country towards meeting the national vision of transforming to an industrial-led economy.
Currently, it has nine subsidiary industries that have their own manufacturing facilities in different parts of the country. These are Akaki Basic Metal Industry, Metals Fabrication Industry, Construction Machinery Manufacturing Industry, Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Industry, Power Equipment Manufacturing Industry, Addis Machineries and Spare parts Manufacturing Industry, Adama Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry, Ethiopia -Plastics Industry and Bishoftu Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
Ethiopian Engineering Corporation would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Recruiter

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Work Experience: – Not Required
Bachelor of Arts Degree in HRM, Management , Public administration and developmental management.
Critical skills required;
Passionate to work in recruitment
A very proactive and positive interpersonal skills
Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal both in Amharic and English)
Has the ability to multi-task
Has Integrity, is honest and trustworthy and has personal values
Has high standard for maintaining confidentiality
Is resilient and determined during challenging and demanding times
Can multitask, think creatively to recruit
Technical skills –Computer literacy and social media usage (e.g. LinkedIn) skills are frequently essential in this role
Analytical thinking – in order to examine applicant CV and other credentials to find suitable candidates for positions and understands the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview within EEC Construction.
Candidate should be able to travel and work anywhere in Ethiopia.

Position 2: Health Safety Environment (HSE) Inspector

Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Environmental and occupational health and safety or other related field
Experience – Not Required
Critical criteria/Skill to be successful in this role:
Basic knowledge of HSE Procedures
Computer skills
Working knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (ISO45001)
Excellent communication, presentation skill
Able to relocate out of Addis Ababa
