The primary objectives of EthSwitch include developing and instituting a domestic payment scheme, establishing interoperability between financial and payment service providers, and providing shared infrastructure and platforms to financial institutions. The company’s vision is “To be best-in-class Payment Network in Africa by 2035,” and its mission is “Making Payments Simple and Affordable.”

Position: Customer Service Officer I
Educational Requirements:
BA degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study.
Work Experience: No work experience
Competence in MS Office and relevant
Years of Graduation 2021 and 2022
CGPA 3.5 and above
Requited Number: 1 (One)
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the salary scale and benefit package of the company
