Evertop plans to manufacture wearing apparel for the export market.
Evertop Sportswear PLC would like to invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: – Project Administrator
Specific Responsibilities:
- Design & implement a coherent organizational structure
- Develops or adapts HR policies, procedures and manuals as well as observes the periodic revision when there is a need.
- Develops planning strategies considering immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of number and skill levels.
- Supervise the Human Resources function
- Prepare Annul Budget for HR & CSR Department along with justification.
- Ensure that every activity undertaken in the company are consistent with the compliance requirement.
- Provide training on major HR & CSR related topics
- Participate in employee interview panel, testing, selection, background investigations, deployment, sub-contracting and temporary staff, post-offer employment testing.
- Organize and lead any compliance practices and audit inspection.
- Design and implementation of compensation and performance management systems and career development for employee
- Proposes employee retention schemes, offering advice on work and remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits, initiates and participates in undertaking regular salary reviews;
- Monitor and advise on disciplinary matters in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Communicate with HQ .
- Prepare terms and conditions of employment and issue all employment contracts in compliance with Ethiopian Labour Law and HR best practices
- Lead implementation and maintenance of performance management system that is in alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate and follow-up implementation of an appropriate learning and development framework to ensure the continued skills enhancement of all team members.
- Conduct different action researches in relation with HR activity
- Submit periodic report on compliance issues.
- Performs other related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- BA/MA Degree in Business Fields.
- Minimum of 6 Years of Experience in Human Resource and compliance at Managerial level.
- Core competencies required might include ethical conduct, strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making and financial management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Position 2: CSR Manager
1. Duties and Responsibilities
- Design & implement a coherent organizational compliance related structure
- Develops and adapts policies, procedures and manuals relating to a variety of company’s ethical, sustainability and Environmental responsibilities as well as observes the periodic revision when there is a need.
- Develops a company’s social responsibility planning strategies considering compliance and conducting research into best practice.
- Ensure that every activity undertaken in the company are consistent with the compliance requirement and also a company’s policies meet legal and commercial needs.
- Develop, execute and supervise CSR programs and functions as well as conduct periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness all over the company.
- Provide training on major CSR related topics and follow the implementation.
- Organize and lead any compliance audit inspection.
- Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment. And maintain an ongoing relationship with the community.
- Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments. Organizing events for employees and their teams and encourage links between company and other stakeholders.
- Communicate with HQ compliance teams in issue related with compliance.
- Drive budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives.
- Submit periodic report on social responsibility activity to senior managers and concerned bodies.
- Performs other related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
2. Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Analytical, decision making and strategic planning skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- In-depth Knowledge of the rules and regulations, and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
- Resourcefulness and creativity in developing the role of CSR within the Evertop and ensuring the most effective support to line management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize a substantial workload that includes complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities.
- Good understanding about compliance and social responsibility standards.
- Good understanding about different buyers’ code of conduct and compliance requirement.
- Proficiency in e-mail communication
- Proactive and commitment for outcome
- Excellent IT skills, MS Office applications
- Decisive with excellent judgement
- Excellent interpersonal skills – builds good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload with flexible behavior
Education Qualification and Experience
- BA/MA Degree in Management/Environmental Science / Chemical /Industrial Engineering/ other Business Fields.
- At least 6 Years of Experience in CSR Manager /direct related field.
