Position 1: WASH Assistant-Engineer
Required Education: Diploma/associate degree in environmental health, public health, social science, social work, community health or any relevant field of study. Additional two years of experience in a similar position in NGO setting can be considered in lieu of the associate degree/diploma.
Qualified in Engineering Software (AUTOCAD, WATERCAD, Arc GIS and Epanet) Highly preferable.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of national work experience in NGO setting, working on WASH or any other humanitarian project is strongly required.
Candidate must be good in using Microsoft office package.
Capable to form networks and liaise with local stakeholders.
Fluent in local language and excellent in English.

Position 2: Protection Team Leader – (For Amhara & Somali Region)
Educational Requirement:
BA degree in Gender, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, GBV, Law, Social science, or any other degree-related area of focus.
Master in related field Plus.
Experience:
6 years of relevant experience with the first degree or 3 years of relevant experience plus a post-graduate degree on implementing or leading GBV and/or Gender focused projects in emergency.
Practical experience in leading a team is an advantage.
Experience on working with internally displaced people and conflict-affected communities in any region in Ethiopia.
Previous experience working in an NGO and or INGO is mandatory
Supervisory skill.
Language proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer proficiency: Laptop, Microsoft applications (i.e., Office 365, SharePoint, Skype/Zoom/Teams), cell phone/mobile technology, and standard office equipment.
Good communication and report writing skill.
Knowledge of written and spoken in the local languages of the respective regions.
Travel
50% of travel to the field in Somali and Amhara regions
