Position 1: Accountant

Job Description

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions and reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and reviews.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare monthly employee salary/payroll as per the company procedure
  • Meet regular plan and report deadlines
  • Comply with the company policies and  procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax preparation and filing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial software is a plus.

Position 2: Real Estate Field Sales Agent

Job Description

The Real Estate Field Sales Agent is responsible for generating new leads and sales for the company. They will work independently, without the use of office facilities, to identify and qualify potential clients, and to close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients
  • Present properties to potential clients and answer questions
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale
  • Close deals
  • Maintain a database of leads and contacts
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for marketing properties and providing excellent customer service.

  • Qualify potential clients and determine their budget and timeline
  • Schedule appointments for potential clients with telemarketing agents
  • Track and report on the number of qualified leads generated

Job Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or marketing
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with potential clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
