Position 1: Junior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates of 2023/24
Strong knowledge and practical application of accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and process journal entries to accurately reflect all business transactions.
Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

Position 2: Accountant – Female
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in accounting roles (preferred).
Strong knowledge and practical application of accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and process journal entries to accurately reflect all business transactions.
Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Oversee and coordinate the preparation of books of accounts and cash operations.
Verify the correctness of all payments made.
Ensure the timely collection and deposit of all cash into the company account.

Position 3: Junior Fleet Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Fresh graduates of 2023/2024 are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with farm harvesting and packing teams, clients, and carriers to schedule and expedite the transportation of products.
Monitor the status of shipments throughout the entire transportation process.
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding shipment progress and any potential delays.
Prepare and maintain accurate transportation records and documentation.
Assist in resolving any transportation-related issues that may arise.
Contribute to the optimization of transportation routes and logistics processes

Position 4: Junior Warehouse Officer – Female
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and supply chain management or Management.
Fresh graduates of 2023/24
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Conduct regular stock checks and identify any discrepancies.
Ensure the proper storage and handling of all inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Load and unload goods as needed.
Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
