Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or other related field of studies
Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experience with BA out of which 2 years on supervisory position

Experience: 6 years of relevant banking experience with BA out of which 2 years on supervisory position

Position 3: Chief, Resource Management Officer
JOB SUMMARY
Basic Functions of the Position:
Under the general supervision of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the job holder is responsible for planning organizing, directing and controlling overall undertakings of finance management, share management, human capital management and procurement and facility management. The job holder is responsible for designing comprehensive human capital management policies and procedures, finance management policies and procedures, share management policies and procedures and procurement and facility management policies and procedures. The job holder is responsible for providing strategic leadership, developing and executing strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization and responsible for designing organizational culture that fit the Bank’s vision and mission.
JOB REQUIREMENT
ii. Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/Business Administration or related field of study with 11 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA out of which 4 years on senior management position or 13 years of relevant banking experience with BA out of which 5 years on senior managerial position.
iii. Required Skills and Competency
Knowledge and understanding of Banking Business
Reliability and the ability to inspire trust
Persuasiveness, the ability to influence other people
Result orientation and willingness to work hard to achieve the goal
Strict adherence to ethical standards
The flexibility of thinking, capacity to develop, and willingness to try new things
The ability for strategic thinking/ability for critical and analytical thinking
Ability to predicting what is likely to happen in the future and to take appropriate action
