We are a multiple specialty firm ranging from capacity building of the workforce to research and development interventions. It is established with the aim to support the development of quality market relevant employability skills training such as soft skills/life skills training, business skills training, vision development/mind-set training, facilitation of work based/on-job training and employability skills training with the aim to ensure access to sustainable employment opportunity and livelihoods for economically poor and socially disadvantaged young women and men in Ethiopia.

Position 1: Sales Person
Job Summary of the Sales Person;
The The primary responsibility of the sales person is to coordinate and manage the products of garment and link with market for profit maximization for the purpose of sustainability of the center by its own income and to plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
Duty station:- Bahir Dar; Game Changers Vocational Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Development Center
Required number of trainers: 1 (One)
Job Requirements
Qualification & Work Experience;
- Minimum of BA degree in marketing, Business management, accounting, or related fields.
- three years and above experience in business management
- Marketing and sales experience in the garment sector is added value
- Demonstrated experience in sales and business making operations
- knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- knowledge of customer service principles
- knowledge of basic business principles
- knowledge of digital sales platform
- proven ability to achieve sales targets

Position 2: Garment Trainer
Job Summary of the Garment Trainer;
The Garment Trainer will work under the direct supervision and general guidance of the Program Manger of Game Changers Consulting PLC. His/her main responsibility will be to facilitate Game Changers Consulting PLC day-to-day production center and training center functions with the aim of increasing income generating activities and organizes details of all activities related with Garment and Fashion design production and training center. He/she will coordinate all arrangements and ensures the smooth functioning of the activities related with income generating activities (IGAs) and resource mobilization in the training and production center. He/she will also be responsible for Facilitate trainees apprenticeship program and Facilitate life skills/soft skills training.
Duty station:- Bahir dar; Game Changers Vocational Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Development Center
Required number of trainers: 1 (One)
Job Requirements
Qualification &work Experience;
- Minimum of BSC Degree in Garment Engineering / BA Degree in Garment Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in TVET College.
- Must have a COC certificate in the garment field of study.
- Experience in apprenticeships, coaching, mentoring, and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting and coaching of adolescent and youth
- Experience on job matching and placement
- Strong linkage with private sector organizations
- Experience on provision of job searching skills training
- Experience on delivering behavioural change training programs
- Understand the Ethiopian TVET Strategy very well

Position 3: PWD Employment Linkage Coordinator

Job Requirements
Qualification &work Experience;
- Minimum of BA/BSC Degree in management, economics, human resources management, public management, marketing, business management, and related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years direct CSO/NGO/consultancy firm professional work experience.
- Experience in preparation of job fair and job linkage
- Experience on job matching and placement
- Strong linkage with private sector organizations
- Experience on provision of job searching skills training
- Experience in apprenticeships, coaching, mentoring, and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in working youth focused projects
- Experience in supporting and coaching of adolescent and youth
- Experience and knowledge on how to manage young people
- Experience on delivering behavioural change training programs
- Familiar with different workforce/skill development initiatives in Ethiopia.
- soundable knowlage and ample experience on job creation and skills development sector
- Understand the Ethiopian TVET Strategy very well

Job Requirements
Qualification & Work Experience;
- Minimum of Masters Degree in management, economics, human resources management, public management, marketing, business management and related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years direct CSO/NGO/consultancy firm professional work experience.
- Experience in creating and leading effective working team.
- Strong linkage with private sectors and umbrella organizations in Addis Ababa
- Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience working on donor funded projects.
- Experience in adolescent and youth related projects.
- Multi-tasking, in taking initiative and working effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with different job creation initiatives in Ethiopia.
- Soundable knowledge and experience in program management
- Proven experience on project planning, management, evaluation and learning.
