Position 1: Senior Accountant
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build the financial processes and adherence to set out policies and procedures.
- Performing day to day accounting tasks including supplier invoice processing, journal and bank postings, revenue reconciliations.
- Record, classify and summarize financial transactions and expenditure in accordance with accounting principles.
- Preparation of monthly betting/gaming taxes reports and authority reporting.
- Establishing and maintaining supplier accounts and monitoring customer deposit accounts for any provisions.
- Preparation and reconciliation of bank statements as required.
- Support and improve the automation of existing manual processes in line with the needs of the finance department.`
- Embrace business intelligence tools available and find ways to automate reporting.
- Providing financial reporting and assistance to the Finance Director and other functions within the Company on ad hoc queries, tasks, etc.
- Provide review insights, monitor budget vs actual and keep a close eye on day to day spending
- Manage relationships with banks, authorities and relevant finance suppliers.
- Supporting the interim and annual audit process
- Payroll process and statutory filings
- Supporting the operations and administration functions
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Accounting/Business Degree/Masters
- Certified Public Accountant / ACCA or its equivalents
- Good working knowledge of accounting software
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Self-driven and passionate about work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team
- High standards of professionalism and ethics
- Previous Experience in Gaming/Betting Industry
- Proficient in English and Amharic

Position 2: Operational Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the improvement of the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and operational functions and ensuring their effectiveness.
- Work closely with the CEO, Directors, CTO, and other key personnel to ensure the KPI accomplishment on End Users development, and SLA to a consistently high standard.
- Develop and implement a business strategy so that both execution and KPI are effectively managed and well accomplished.
- Ensure the effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery, ensuring best practice systems, methodologies and procedures are followed by the teams.
- Ensure the rollout of new products and services are effectively coordinated both internally and externally;
- Establish an effective multi-team management process and minimize service disruption
- Constantly review team performance and advice on follow-up or next steps.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
