Get-As International would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Get-As International PLC is founded in early 1980’s and incorporated in 1994. The company in a relatively short period of time has shown a track record of growth through the vision and chairmanship of its founder Mr. Getu Gelete. Get-As International is one of the leading conglomerated company importing different kinds of durable commodities and food items in Ethiopia.

Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.

Position 1: Junior  Accountant

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from recognized university

Experience

Main Duties and responsibility

  • Manage general legers
  • Posing Journal Entries to general Lagers
  • Collect necessary documents for payment Preparation
  • Prepare Payments
  • Handling petty cash preparing cheques and making payments
  • To keep documents well organized
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Analyse balance sheets manage general leger accounts
  • Willing to assist with various company tasks both in and out of the office
  • Proficiency in MS word and Ms Excel is essential, along with the willingness to work in finance-related activates
  • Prepare monthly governmental reports such as tax issues & submit them to the concerned authorities in a timely manner

Position 2: Senior  Accountant

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from recognized university

Requirement

  • 4 years and above work experience out of which 3 years on senior position

Main Duties and responsibility

  • Verify, allocate, post & reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Analyses Financial information and summarize Financial status
  • Prepare and analyses monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulation and preparing payroll.
  • Conduct monthly and annually closings and reconciliation of accounts
  • Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents and records of the organization

Location: Head Office

Position 3: Purchase Officer

Qualification

  • BA Degree in accounting & Finance Business Administration, logistics supply Management and related filed from recognized university

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years and above work experience in purchasing.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Develop relevant skills in purchasing process
  • Strong time management
  • Good knowledge in computer skills
  • Goal oriented , organized team player

Location: Head Office

Position 4: Property Administration Officer

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Materials Management and Finance Accounting, Supply Management and related Field from recognized university

Experience

  • 3 years and above Experience in Property Administration.
  • Maintain And update proper inventory master list of all Assets of the organizatio
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance need
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair activitie
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards
  • Coordinate property renovations and upgrade
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate responses

Position 5: Senior Purchase Officer

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, logistics & supply Management and related filed from recognized university

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years and above work experience in purchasing & supply Chan Management
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Develop relevant skills in purchasing process
  • Strong time management
  • Good knowledge in computer skills.
  • Goal oriented , organized team player
