Position 1: Executive Assistant of Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO)
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT OF THE GROUP CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the GCEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs act proactively, think critically, and coordinate and work with DCEOs, Directors and all concerned, to address issues requiring the GCEO’s attention and compile and propose course of action for final decision. Keeps/handles GCEO office matters with high confidentiality and ensures privacy and exclusivity of the office and handles the office’s duty with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
JOB REQUIREMENT
Requirements and Qualifications:
MA/BA/ in Office management, Secretarial science or other related field of studies with the minimum of 8/6 years of relevant experience, preferably in group companies.

Position 2: Supervisor Travel & Tour
Requirements and Qualifications:
BA Degree in Tourism Management, marketing, business management or other related field of studies with the minimum of 5 years of working experience in Travel Agents office.
Advantaging:
Diploma in foundation in Travel and Tourism
Certificate in Galileo Reservation Fares & Ticketing
Place of work: – Addis Ababa
Position 3: General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing directing, monitoring overseeing performance of the company and managing all aspects of construction materials manufacturing company operations. The GM is also responsible for Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Team Leadership, Financial Management, Customer Relations, Compliance and Regulations: Continuous Improvement and External Relations:
JOB REQUIREMENT
Requirements and Qualifications:
MSc/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineer, construction management, civil engineering, Business Management, Management or Economics and Diploma in Wood and metal work with the Minimum of 8/10 years’ experience out of which 6 years at managerial position related construction materials manufacturing company,
Technical and Other Skills:
- Having good practical knowledge/skill in software systems related to the business;
- Good planning, organizing analytical and decision-making skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, communicational, negotiation skills;
- High level of integrity;
