We are a part of Gift Group (holding company), which was established first as Gift Trading During the mixed economic era (early 1990s or 30 years ago) by its founder and MD, Ato Gebreyesus Igata who has been interested in business since childhood and long term exposure in other countries.
Gift Real Estate PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Sanitary Engineer
Job Description:
- The responsibility of sanitary engineer is to collect and organize the field or office data required for the design. she/he performs the detail static calculations for the design.
- Follow up and or prepare the all sanitary plans required for the buildings.
- Controlling, leading and supervise all sanitary works of the real estate projects.
- Design modifies and makes review sanitary works.
Job Requirements
Education:
BSc degree in sanitary engineering, water hydraulic or related field of studies
Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years relevant experience preferably in high rising buildings.
Position 2: Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Controlling, leading and supervise all electrical works of the real estate projects.
Design, modify and review electrical designs
Check, consult & approve electrical materials
Job Requirements
Education:
Bsc degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of studies
Experience: A minimum of Ten (10) years of relavant working experience preferably in high rising buildings.
