Position 1: Human Resource (HR) Officer
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of direct, hands-on experience as HR & Admin Officer with at least 1 year of experience in the road and/or bridge construction. (Contractor side).
- Age: Less than 35 years.
Gross Salary (ETB): 25,000.00.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Position 2: Site Engineer
Job Requirement
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or related fields
- Experience: 4-6 years general, with at least 2 years as a Site Engineer in road construction. (Contractor side).
Gross Salary (ETB): 35,000.00 Plus Site Allowance as per company scale
Employment Type: Project Based.
Place of Work: Project Site.
Position 3: Accountant
Job Requirement
- Education: BA in Accounting and Finance
- Experience: 4-6 years general, with at least 2 years in road and/or bridge construction. (Contractor side).
Gross Salary (ETB): 31,000.00.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Position 4: Office Engineer
Job Requirement
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4-6 years general, with at least 2 years as an Office Engineer in road and/or bridge construction. (Contractors, Supervision Consultants, or Employer-side Contract Administration).
Gross Salary (ETB): 39,600.00
Project Site: Kuka – Meha – Gagali Road Project (9.17km) is a small road construction project located in a remote field setting within the Shey Bench Woreda of Bench Sheko Zone (South West Ethiopia Peoples’ Regional State). The site is approximately 600km from Addis Ababa and 53km from Mizan Aman. To reach the site when traveling from the Bonga direction, turn left off the main Bonga-Mizan Aman road at Wacha Maji town. Follow this gravel road for 27km to Shey Bench town,and then continue for another 9km until the Project starting point (0+000, Kuka), begins on the right side of the Main Gravel Road.
