Job Requirement
Qualification:
College (12+2) diploma/ TVET (10+3)/ Level IV diploma in Accounting/ Banking & Insurance or other relevant field of study and 4 years related work experienc
TVET (10+2)/ Level III certificate in Accounting/ Banking & Insurance or other relevant field of study and 6 years related work experience
Work experience:
Experience on cash register is mandatory.
Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers.
Microsoft office operating skills.
Work Place: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Real Estate Marketing Officer
Job Requirement
Qualification:1st degree in Marketing or Health related.
BA Degree in Marketing Management or Business Management
1ST Degree in Real Estate Management – Business Administration/ Economics
Work experience:
2 years real-estate work experience
Marketing or other relevant field of study.
Work Place: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Real estate devt& Marketing Manager
Job Requirement
Qualification:1st degree in Marketing or Health related.
Second degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology & Management/ Real Estate Management/ Management/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing or in other relevant field of study and 2/3 years related work experience
First degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology & Management/ Real Estate Management/ Management/ Business Administration/ Marketing Management/ Economics/ Accounting or other relevant field of study and 4/5 years related work experience
Work experience:
2 years and above experience in Real Estate Sales Development.
Excellent skills in Market Research Methodologies,
Excellent Communication Skills(Written & Verbal) in both English & Amharic Language,
Excellent Report Writing &Analytical Skills,
Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers.
Microsoft Office Operating Skills Certificate.
Who is volunteer to work on site and in various places where advertising work can be done.
