Position 1: Junior Shift Manager- Brewing (Re Advertised)
Job Requirements
The job holder is responsible for coordinating, directing and controlling various resources (People, production imputes & Machineries) and production process to attain the required quality of product with a high level of efficiency in compliance with the agreed standard.
This role requires proven experience in proper supervision of production, safety, hygiene, and documentation & reporting.
The Person:
This role is positioned at the professional level and requires a well-trained Junior Shift Manager – Brewing, who will have the opportunity to develop her/his career further within a very progressive learning and development as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere. A university-level degree in Chemical Engineering or in related fields, ideally 2 plus years of relevant experience in the beverage industry.

Position 2: Corporate Communication Manager
The Role Summary:
The corporate communication manager is responsible for the internal and external communication aspects of the business. Internally create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity and externally communicate with the media and other stakeholders such that they know what Habesha is trying to achieve and discuss organizational changes in a way that maintains the positive image of the company. Besides, responsible for coordinating the communications output within and outside the company.
Education and Experience
- MA/BA Degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field of study.
- 4/6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English and Amharic verbal and written skills, additional language would be added advantage
- Team player and easy to work with personality.
- Strong time management skills
- Have the intelligence to anticipate challenges and the resourcefulness to find solutions to communications challenges.
- Highly sociable and can find common ground with folks from all walks of life.

Position 3: Export Manager
The Role Summary
The export manager is responsible for the development of an export strategy for the business. Come up with deployment plans for the markets identified as potential markets to export to. Consistently explore opportunities for export and develop market opportunities for our products. The export manager has responsibility for the entire business development strategy and deployment of sustenance of the business in the markets. He must provide the leadership necessary to bind the people from different departments working on developing business development, involved in supply planning and logistics, into one team to drive necessary growth.
Job Requirements
The Incumbent:
This role is positioned at the managerial level and requires: –
- A minimum of 8 years experience in logistics or planning or business development or commercial management.
- Must be highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics & Distribution, business, and any other related fields
- Able to deal with ambiguities and conflicting priorities, and work under pressure.
- Excellent business proposal preparation and pitching skills.
- Very good utilization of digital media and conversant with social media
- Strong financial acumen is highly recommended
- High-level negotiation skills
