Hagerie TV is an upcoming television station that has started broadcasting and caters to a wide array of the Ethiopian public as well to many others in the target vicinity of the channel. Hagerie TV’s guiding values exist firmly within the brand’s DNA which are made up of four core elements, Integrity, Civility, Analytical and Conscious.
Position: Junior IT Technician
Qualifications:
- 10+4 in Information Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, etc.) and productivity software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Career Level: Entry
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and assist with hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely solutions.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
- Schedule and upload the broadcast playlist
- Schedule, upload, and broadcast Daily News and Weekly programs on social media
- Create thumbnails for News and Programs
- Supports daily IT activities of the organization
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.
Location: Addis Ababa
