Position 1: Accountant
Job Summery
Accountant position is to Plans, organize, leads and coordinate the financial activities within the Regional Branches;
Ensures that all directives in the financial policy and procedures manual are implemented by the Regional branches
Prepares monthly consolidated financial statements
Job Requirement
Education and Work Experience: BA Degree /College Diploma in Accounting 4 years for BA and 6 years for Diploma experience in the field of accounting
Computer knowhow and Peachtree application is a must

Position 2: – Branch Cashier
Job Summery
Main duties of the Cahier position is but not limited to:-
To handle all the cash at hand with maximum care and confirms that no excess cash is kept above the established limit;
Keeps safe custody of all cash, cheques and other documents in safe box;
Job Requirement
Education and Work Experience: College or Vocational School Diploma or Level II-IV in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management
Computer know how is a must

Position 3: – Saving and Credit Officer
Job Summery
The Saving and Credit Officer is responsible for the formation of self-selected high quality credit individuals/ groups to ensure timely loan disbursement on individual /joint liability basis, ensure timely loan repayment and saving deposit according to schedule, collection of cash from groups/clients against issuance of official receipts/deposit slip, deposits the cash on same day to branch’s main cashier and maintaining necessary records and documentation on time as well.
Job Requirement
Education and Work Experience : BA in Any field of Study and 1 year experience College or Vocational School Diploma or Level IV in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management and Other Related fields 2 years’ experience Computer know how is a must

Position 4: – Branch Manager
Job Summery
Based on the annual plan of the institution prepares action plan to be implemented in the branch office.
Manages and controls financial resources i.e., loan disbursement, saving, loan collection etc., according to policies and procedures of Harbu MFI;
Job Requirement
Education and Work Experience: University degree in Accounting, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing and 4 years’ experience College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance
6 years’ experience of which 2 years in managerial position
Required Number: 3
Place of Work: Addis Ababa and Central Region
