Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration & Development Management or related fields.
- Experience: Three years proven & relevant post qualification HR experience out of which one year as training officer

- Analytical & problem solving skill
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.

Position 6: Manager- Legal Service
Job Requirement
- Qualification: LLB/LLM
- Experience: Eight years proven and relevant post qualification experience out of which two years as Principal Attorney/ Section Head/Legal Head or four years in supervisor/senior position (Four years in insurance).
Knowledge & Skill
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of insurance laws, products & services.
- Team player & capable of motivating staff working with full commitment and initiative.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent computer skill.
