Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience:
Two (2) year of banking experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
People required: 8
Duty station: Addis Ababa, Agarfa, Dire Dawa, Babile, Jigjiga, Seka Chekorsa, Ommo Nada
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Office
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience.
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
People required: 3
Duty station: Addis Ababa, Ginir, Ajbar, Asendabo, Assosa,Aweday, Bedessa, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Gera, Hara, Haramaya, Harar , Jimma, Kombolcha, Metu, Seka Chekors, Tepi, Jigjiga,
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience:
Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
People required: 5
Duty station: Addis Ababa, Woldia, Shire, Agarfa, Dire Dawa, Seka Chekors, Jigjiga, Serbo
Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
Experience:
Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
People required: 3
Duty station: Addis Ababa, Agaro, Assosa, Bahir Dar, Chiro, Dire Dawa, Gera, Ginir, Jigjiga, Ommo Nada, Dilla,
Position 5: Customer Service Supervisor
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
Experience:
Four (4) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Duty station
Jimma
Position 6: Customer Service Manager
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
Experience:
Five (5) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Duty station
Shashemane, Bale Robe, Jimma.
Position 7: IT Security Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related fields.
Experience:
Two (2) years of demonstrated experience
Duty station
Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 8: Senior System Administrator
Qualification:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Experience:
Four (4) years for a master’s and five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the area for a bachelor’s degree, out of which three (3) years of experience in a related area.
Duty station
Head Office (Addis Ababa)
