Position 1: Food Safety Officer
Job Requirement:
As a Food Safety Officer, you are responsible for managing overall food safety and risk management processes for assigned hotels to deliver a safe Guest and Member experience. A Food Safety Officer will also be required to carry out full investigations and audit the hotel to ensure health and safety compliance:
Specifically You will must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage overall food safety, trading standards, public health, housing, and disability within allocated hotels
- Implement Food safety risk management practices in line with the company’s health and safety policy
- Actively reduce guest complaints relating to health and safety, and food hygiene
- Reduce guest civil claims,
- Audit the hotel to confirm Health and Safety/Food Hygiene compliance,
- Train Health and Safety /Food Safety issues to managers, supervisors and colleagues,
- Liaise with outside contractors and sales staff on matters of Health and Safety and food safety
- Assist the facilities department in monitoring contractors and enforcing Health and Safety standards as required
- Carry out food poisoning investigations, writing to manufactures as required and analyzing Hazard Analysis information
- Monitor and document results following safety audits
- Monitor and interpret microbiological results from food sampling of all hotel kitchens and advise accordingly
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Food safety or related fields of study
- Min of three years’ experience in the area
- Knowledge of the local safety laws and implementation procedures
- Excellent grooming standards and Good communication skills and people skills
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure by their own
- Experience in Food Safety Management

Position 2: Human Resources Coordinator
Job Requirements:
The Human Resources Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Coordinates HR activities, and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management
- Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity
- Maintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guess
- Route incoming mail, faxes, and packages
- Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests
- Writes correspondence on behalf of the department
- Makes copies, send/distributes outgoing mail and Uses email system to deliver and accept emails
- Assist with a variety of requests & Maintains detailed filing system for department
- Maintain office supplies for department and Report all unsafe conditions immediately
- Attend all mandatory meetings & Follow and know emergency procedures as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
Job Requirements:

Position 3: Group Conference & Events Sales Executive
Job Summary:
As Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The GC and E Sales Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.
Specifically, a Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
Job Requirements:
- B.A. Degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Management or other relevant fields of study with 2 years’ Experience in same or equivalent role
- Good Organizational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Confident telephone manner
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environment
