Position 1: Senior Hr Officer
Job Description:
- Facilitate the selection process, checks references for newly hired staff, and follows through with the employment process for all recruitments.
- Conducts training impact assessment regularly and recommends corrective actions when gaps are created.
- Handling day-to-day HR inquiries and advising in accordance with existing rules and procedures.
- Assists in the implementation of institutional development packages.
- Identifies and recommends organizational change instruments.
- Simplify job analysis and update job descriptions.
- Involves in attendance and payroll Management.
- Identifies, develops, and promotes tools and guidelines for institutional capacity building & best practices.
- Support or facilitate in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each employee and Keep track of employee performance.
- Generates periodic reports about the performance its division.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadline.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or MA in Human Resource Management or a similar field is required.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in human resources FMCG experiences preferable
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Internal Tax Auditor
Job Description:
- Analyse financial records and tax documentation and determine whether these comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Review the annual corporate income tax report (taxable amount, applicable tax adjustments including deductions and non-deductible expenses)
- Perform risk management and identify any internal control gaps for both tax as well as general financial audit purposes
- Prepare and present detailed internal tax audit reports to management and report any findings on a regular basis
- Provide recommendations and establish best practices in tax management
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor the implementation of audit recommendations
- Implement the tax internal control process to ensure that tax risks are properly identified and managed in day-to-day operation
- Keep track of changes in Ethiopian tax regulations, assess potential tax impact and integrate changes into company policies and procedures
- Interpret tax laws and regulations and develop training materials and conduct training on tax rules to all involved staffs
- Act as an objective source of independent advisor
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of BA degree in accounting and tax from a recognized university
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience for a private organization and at least 3 years in a tax audit function
- fluent in Amharic and English (speaking and writing), strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax law & regulations, strong background in tax reporting and internal control, strong financial knowledge and analytical skills, strong computer skill
- high level of integrity and accountability, able to adapt and show leadership under challenging circumstances, serious and hard-working, eager to learn, good feedback mentality, strong communications skills, very structured, team player
- Candidates are required to have good references
- Candidates who have worked for an international company and have experience in a FMCG company are preferred.

Position 3: Assistant Dairy Development Manager
Job Description:
- Support the Dairy Development Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing dairy development projects and programs.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential opportunities for dairy development.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and other documentation.
- Organizes and coordinates milk mapping in the collection areas.
- Organizes and coordinates farm milk quality control and milk quality assurance at all levels from farms to milk collection center (logistics)
- Organizes and coordinates extension services to dairy farmers in the milk collection areas.
- Identifies and coordinates the training programs for DDP staff to adapt developed milk collection methods, systems of milk QC/QA, milk pricing and extension services.
- Sets-up, organizes and implements the day to day updated dairy husbandry training courses to local farmers.
- Organizes and implements projects for day to day updated methods of milk collection, milk QC/QA and milk pricing system and to secure DDP operations (maintain and growth).
- Assist in the management of project budgets and timelines.
Job Requirement:
- BA Degree in Animal Science, Business administration or other related field of study
- More than 5 years’ experience in Dairy Business preferably in milk supply chain
- Good communication skill (English, Oromifa, and Amharic language is must)
- Energetic and passionate to learn more.
- Good in building and maintain relation with farmers and other.
- Good negotiation skill
- Strong work ethic, willing to work long hours during busy season.
- Integrity and a positive attitude.
- Have Basic Computer skill (MS office word, Excel, and Power point)
Location: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to field locations
Position 4: Technical Manager
Job Description:
- Analysing and optimizing preventive, corrective, and functional maintenance, on reliability and quality as well as on costs.
- Responsible for 7 locations and a fleet of 15 trucks
- Drawing up maintenance plans and improvement proposals and managing them in the maintenance management system.
- Stock management, planning and reordering of wear- and spare parts.
- Perform failure analyses by identifying the root cause.
- Training colleagues and operators ‘on the job’.
- Managing technical information, quotations and / or project requests.
- Leading a team of 6 multiskilled technicians
- Supervising work in progress and successful delivery by third parties
Job Requirement:
- 5 years and above professional work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- BSC in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
- Being able to work independently and dare to take decisions.
- Has sufficient knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Can set up priorities regarding the different works.
- A team player with good English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- You need to have a hands-on approach and have solution-oriented way of working
