Position 1: Admin Assistant
Job Summary/Objective of the job:
Provide an efficient and responsive secretarial and administrative support to the office of research and community services (VPRCS), SGS, CEQE and Dean of student offices.
General Duties:

Maintains a variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records (confidential and non-confidential) (e.g., materials received/sent, department/program budget data, employee records, staff evaluations, student data, advisors and examiners assignments
Give information to Graduate Students.
Dean of Student:
CEQE:
Job Requirements:
BA in Business Fields
At least 3 years of experience in same position.
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Position 2: Lecturer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Education:
Work Experience: At least three (3) years and above teaching experience on HEIS.
One (1) year and above year of experience in Faculty Dean and Headship position.
