Horra Trading would like to invites competent and qualified candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Facilities and Utilities Officer (Building Administrator)
Purpose of the Job:
To enhance performance of property and asset management operation by providing utility and required related services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally on customers inquires/ complains relating with utility facilities.
- Identify and provide a prompt solution to any problems concerned with facilities by collaborating stakeholders.
- Oversee gate and key management of concerned compounds.
- Understand utility facilities related needs and provide solution with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain operational data related to all utility payments and collection.
- Confer with appropriate business units to ensure the collection and payment activities related utility services provided for the properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with utility providers agencies and private maintenance contractors.
- Monitor the operating status of utilities by observing control system parameters, distributed control systems, switchboard gauges, dials, or other indicators.
- Ensure functionality status and performance of utility equipment’s.
- Perform other activities as required.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Level III in Mechanical Maintenance or related fields with two (2) year of experience.
- Show problem solving and analytical skills.
- Be innovative and creative.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Demonstrable understanding and application of insurance principles and processes.
- Fluency in Amharic and English, written and verbal is mandatory
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Receptionist & Office Assistant
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law, Accounting and Finance or related fields from a renowned institution.
Work Experience:
- At least 4 (four) to 8 (eight) years of demonstrated work experience as a Receptionist & Office Assistant
- Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
- Good customer and guest handling skill.
- Good communication skill.
- Able to perform other administrative tasks when required.
- Show effective negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Show problem solving and analytical skills.
- Be innovative and creative.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Demonstrable understanding and application of insurance principles and processes.
- Fluency in Amharic and English, written and verbal is mandatory
