Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
Hosea Trading House PLC is working on transforming to Holding Company having sister companies namely; Hosea Real Estate, Hosea Import/Export Trading and Capital Hotel & Spa under a corporate structure. The Company is interested to recruit Customer Service officer who will work at a corporate level. Therefore, we would like to invite competent & dynamic applicants who are eligible & capable to apply for the posts.
Responsibilities:
- Forward client inquiries promptly and professionally to responsible department and response through various channels (phone, email, in-person,
- Prepare and forward letters professionally to customers on their payment status if not paid on their due date.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and various departments within the real estate company.
- Gather feedback and address any additional needs or concerns the client may have.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies for maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Other tasks given by immediate leader on the department manager.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, management business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years and above of experience in position
- Knowledge of customer handling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work with others and good team player

Position 2: Account Receivable Officer
Job Description

The Company is interested to recruit Account Receivable Officer who will work at a corporate level. Therefore, we would like to invite competent & dynamic applicants who are eligible & capable to apply for the posts.
Responsibilities
Client Communication and Early Intervention:
Identify clients at risk of falling behind on due date: This involves analyzing payment history, communication patterns, and any known financial hardships.
Proactive communication: Reach out to clients early on to inform their due date is approaching to settle their payment before delinquency occurs. This could involve reminding through phone calls, email or other means of communication.
Delinquent Account Management and Collections:
Contact delinquent clients: Once payment is overdue, initiate contact through email or certified letters, following a respectful and professional communication style.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and collection activities: This includes documenting phone calls, emails, agreements, and any legal actions taken.
- Prepare reports for senior managers: Generate reports on collection performance, including delinquency rates, recovery amounts, and trends in client’s payment behavior.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement: Review reports and data to identify any patterns or trends that could inform strategies for improving communication, early intervention, and overall collection efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Staying up-to-date on fair collection laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients while upholding the interests of the company.
- Adapting communication and negotiation strategies to different client situations and personalities.
- Continuously learning and developing skills to improve collection effectiveness and professionalism.
- Other tasks given by immediate leader on the department manager.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2 years and above of experience in Account receivable.
Strong knowledge of Accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.
Strong communication & interpersonal, skills.
