Make sure, you invest about 1–2 hours in listening to a good speaker every day.

It will be easier if you listen to one person for a couple of days.

How to PRACTICE ENGLISH SPEAKING

First find out/prepare a small scripts.

I want to do a couple of things for my country such as:

I want to improve the education system as education is the beginning of any development.

I want to raise awareness about meditation to bring back the lost glory of India.

I want to establish career skills institutes across India so that they can prepare students to meet the requirements of the industry.

Once the script is ready, speak it before a mirror 8–10 times (NO SHORTCUT PLEASE)

After 10 rounds of practice, make a video recording.

If you are satisfied move to the next script.

Just continue with this process until you start speaking fluently.

ENJOY THE PROCESS

You may turn on BACKGROUND MUSIC or INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC in SLOW volume.

You can also change your position while speaking or practicing a scrips such sitting, standing, and walking.

PRACTICE AS IF YOU TALKING WITH YOUR FRIENDS

Don’t practice in quiet or muffled voice.

Practicing English in quiet voice is the biggest mistake.

You may waste your time and hard work.

Speak a script loudly if you are talking or chatting with friends, colleagues, or parents.

CONSISTENCY

Practice English speaking and listening every day.

If you practice English speaking for 2–3 days and stop it, you cannot accomplish this goal.

You should do it at least six days in a week.

IF YOU DON’T have self-discipline, you can also search for a good mentor or teacher.
