Position 1: Human Resources Expert
JOB SUMMERY
The position holder is responsible for the day-to-day execution of recruitment, selection, placement, rewards management, and HR record management activities of the company
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
- Meet walk-in applicants, collect, and assess CVs.
- Obtain and assess all certificates and testimonials of candidates.
- Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications; summarize
- CVs for easier evaluation by the concerned work unit.
- Forward collected CVs to the concerned work units for evaluation and interviews.
- Draft employment offer letters and contracts for selected candidates.
- Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
- Participate in benefit and incentive restructuring surveys of the company.
- Compiles the required information for employees’ pension scheme and submit to the relevant authority on time.
- Under the guidance of immediate supervisor, issues certificate of work experience, ID, support letter etc.to employees when requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience and Competencies:
BA in Human Resources Management/Management or related fields with five (5) years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical/ problem solving, and good interpersonal skills are required

Position 2: Internal Auditor
JOB SUMMERY
The position holder is expected to periodically examines the company’s financial records to ensure they are accurate and up to date and that process for generating and maintaining financial records and documents comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design the auditing process using common standard practices, policies, goals, and regulations.
- Indicate areas where risk is found to generate a more complete picture of financial responsibility.
- Analyze adherence with budgetary standards and guidelines using financial data and balance sheets.
- Review all financial materials and procedures to spot errors, inefficiencies, or instances of misuse.
- Document all internal processes within an audit; list all data sources; detail all conclusions after an investigation.
- Update the internal organization’s team members with periodic status reports, meetings, and other important developments; publish a report after completing an inquiry.
- Work to develop new standards of practice within the commission to increase accounting accuracy and integrity.
- Aid in the case of an external audit of EHRC.
- Reflect on historical and current budgetary trends found in the data.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise within the field by participating in professional development.
- Keep all sensitive information confidential and secure.
- Analyze accounting entries and financial data, examine records and documents, prepare analyses and summaries of findings and draft detailed reports regarding investigation results.
- Evaluate processes and procedures to identify weaknesses that can lead to loss; develop new loss-mitigation techniques and procedures.

Position 3: Accountant
JOB SUMMERY
The position holder is expected to support the day-to-day financial management, accounting, and documentation activities of the company
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check bills against supporting documents and for mathematical accuracy and prepare covering vouchers. Ensure that all deductions are made and paid to concerned bodies on time.
- Ensure authorized signatories are up to date.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded.
- Tracking and monitor account receivable and accounts payable for the Branch
- Office account.
- Ensure that there is sufficient cash in the BO account.
- Prepare cash transfer requests as per the planned activities.
- Document receipts and appropriate financial evidence for payments effected.

JOB SUMMERY
The position holder is expected to lead and manage the public relation activities of the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos,
- social media posts etc.)
- Prepare and distribute press releases.
- Organize PR events (e.g., open days, press conferences) and serve as the

JOB SUMMERY
The position holder is expected to provide support in strategic leadership, overseeing, and managing the Company’s Day to day business operations.

JOB SUMMERY
The position holder is expected to provide full secretarial & office administrative services in an efficient and effective manner
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily secretarial & office administrative matters.
- Maintain the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
- Type and print reports, memos, minutes, letters etc and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
