Position 4: Data Center Expert                                                              

Job Description

• Main Duties and Responsibility;
• Work for Data centre project, as a technical leader to support project manager, control the project cost, schedule and quality.
• Understand the SOW of contract and customer requirement
• Output or be involved to output Data centre project delivery plan and technical solution.
• Control and monitor project implementation. Be responsible for Data centre project acceptance.
• AC and DC Power and power distribution system, Cooling system;
• Fire suppression and detection system;
• Monitoring security system;
• Service cost analysis, such as manpower and subcontractor;
• In charge of management and communication of related customer and subcontractor, enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification;

Bachelor degree or above in any engineering field

Professional Knowledge;

• With more than 5 years of data centre project delivery, know project procedures and quality management method, etc.
• With knowledge of data centre facilities such as,
• Electrical feeders, switch gear and power distribution,
• Transformers,
• Diesel Generators, with ATS/STS,
• UPS,
• Chillers, Cooling tower and pumps,
• CRAC units,
• Physical security,
• Fire suppression & detection
• Data cabling,
• Familiar with industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA, familiar with South East Asian didustry practice in data centre physical infrastructure.
• Be good at communication in external and internal, and good at finding and solving problems.
• With good English verbal and written ability.

Business skills

• Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standards across the North Africa region.
• International project and program experience. Excellent communication skills capability, attention to detail, and high quality standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners
• Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously and good project management capability.
• Ability to travel internationally

Position 5: Microwave Engineer

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

• Be familiar with the MW link design and planning ,knowledge how to use iRiver tool and WebLCT.
• Be Familiar with r Configuration and Commissioning for Microwave Huawei product, including software parameter configuration. In addition, work on site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance, knowledge of Microwave IDU/ODU sites equipment.
• Operation and Maintenance Microwave products, including Common-band/E-band/SDB/LH links, alarm monitor troubleshooting, OptiX RTN software upgrade,
• Remote and onsite technical support for customer support Microwave equipment,
• Deliver Microwave Products, including site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance
• MW link Cut-over and Upgrade.   

Job Requirements

Education and Major Requirements;

Bachelor’s degree or above, in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Communication stream)

Project Experience;

• Previous Experience with similar position in mobile operator or similar Project a Minimum of   2-3  Years of experience     

Language Skill;

Position 9: Customs Clearance Manager

Job Description

• Ensure the compliance and relations levels for all customs and government agency.
• Manage customer for shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business.
• Build effective customs and customer relationships.
• Executing all tasks as per requirement of the operations department.
• Maintain registers and reports for Import and Export Operations.
• Coordinate with internationals transporters, Shipper & Consignee for effective deliveries and handover.
• Communicate and correspond with customer and suppliers.
• Send pre-alerts / pre-advice / arrival notice and ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance and delivery of shipments.
• Handle Corporate customers and Accounts.
• Manage Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) process and maintain all relationships with related as banks, SEGUS and BIVAC…
• Ensure that all internal/external audits are complain with regulation and rules.
• Monitor all department KPI related to customs clearance.
• Ensure all company and customer authorizations are valid and kept up to date.

• An experienced and skilled Customs Clearance Manager will assist with the management of customs and corporate compliance across the entire company regarding Import/Export, ensuring that all processes are correctly.
• The Customs Clearance Manager will assist also company customers with the clearance Import/export process, ensuring to offer area expertise advice in order to assist with the guarantee and smooth progression.
• Responsible for daily executing Import/Export operations in the Congo DRC, including trouble-shooting and root cause analysis for all kind issues impacting the efficient related especially to customs.

Requirements:

• Excellent and solid Knowledge of Congo DRC customs clearance Import/Export laws and regulations.
• 6-5 years of experience working in customs clearance domain.
