Position: Account Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electric power industry or related ICT industry.
Basic knowledge of the electric power industry, including understanding of power generation, transmission, transformation, and distribution processes.
Educational background related to electrical engineering, power systems, or ICT is preferred.
Service Skills & Personal Attributes:
Cheerful personality with a strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Clear thinker with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proven ability in industry market planning and identifying market opportunities.
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts within the electric power or related ICT industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitors’ activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and forecasts to clients and management.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
