As the Assistant product manager, support team to analyst customer products and solutions requirements , assistant product managers to design solutions such as pre-sales quotation, bidding, Commutator analysis(finance and Technical), presentation, Designing and Executing a demonstration of a ICT products like Microwave 、IP DWDM Data center
Education and Major requirements

Position 2: Operation Director (Network Operation & Maintenance)
Responsibility Description*

3) Telecom working experience and third party(EEU/EEP and etc..) management experience is preferred.
4) Be able to manage project personnel, subcontractors, cost, and customer satisfaction;

Position 4: Microwave Engineer
Main Duties and Responsibilities;
- Be familiar with the MW link design and planning ,knowledge how to use iRiver tool and WebLCT.
- Be Familiar with r Configuration and Commissioning for Microwave Huawei product, including software parameter configuration. In addition, work on site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance, knowledge of Microwave IDU/ODU sites equipment.
- Operation and Maintenance Microwave products, including Common-band/E-band/SDB/LH links, alarm monitor troubleshooting, OptiX RTN software upgrade,
- Remote and onsite technical support for customer support Microwave equipment,
- Deliver Microwave Products, including site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance
- MW link Cut-over and Upgrade.

Position 5: BO-IMS Engineer
Responsibility Description*
The BO-IMS Engineer involves in the delivery of 8*5 maintenance service for the infrastructure of Mobile Money solution to maintain its availability, performance, and thresholds. The engineer will be responsible for executing day to day operation for all service in scope and also be available for On-call support in case there are any Critical / Major alarms that may arise.
Routine Responsibilities: （be responsible for at least one of the following domains）
1. DB Domain
- Preform daily health check for all operators DB and investigate the problems found in checking.
- Preform the periodically database backup by NBU and investigate relevant problems.
- Perform the DB request or changes requested by customers complied the O&M process;
- Implementation of different audits for all operators DB.
- Optimization of different operational tasks
- Provide adhoc and temporary support to different operator as SME.
- Responsible for escalation of databases critical alarms and problems
- Escalate the trouble ticket to Third Line when region cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved
- Analysis the lack of existing DB architecture or design.
- Capable to propose the new improvement solution.
2. System Admin (OS-Storage-Backup) Domain
- Preform daily health check for all operation system and investigate the problems found in checking.
- Preform the periodically patching and upgrades
- Preform the periodically operation system backup by NBU and investigate relevant problems.
- Perform the operation system request or changes requested by customers complied the O&M process;
- Implementation of different audits for all operators UNIX/Linux based solutions.
- Optimization of different operational tasks
- Provide adhoc and temporary support to different operator as SME.
- Responsible for escalation of the UNIX/Linux critical alarms and problems
- Analysis the lack of existing the UNIX/Linux architecture or design.
- Capable to propose the new improvement solution.
3. Network Domain
- Routinely check and maintain network devices to ensure normal and stable running of network devices.
- Configure network data or control policies based on customer and service requirements.
- Periodically update the network topology and maintain ports information, and back up NE configuration information.
Job Requirements
5-8 year of work experience as DBA or System Admin, Mobile Money or Fintech industry experience is highly recommendedSkills or Certificate Requirements
- Preferable to familiar with all Unix flavors
- Contains required certifications
- Good knowledge in Gauss DB and other databases like Oracle, MySQL etc.
- Good knowledge of shell scripting
- Excellent working knowledge of SUSE LINUX.
- Awareness of OS hardening security
- Good knowledge in network, Storage, Database & Application principles
- Good ITIL Knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills

Position 6: BO-AMS Engineer
Responsibility Description*
The BO-AMS Engineer involves in the delivery of 8*5 maintenance service for customer Mobile Money applications and systems to maintain its availability, performance, and thresholds. The engineer will be responsible for executing day to day operation for all service in scope and also be available for On-call support in case there are any Critical / Major alarms that may arise.
Routine Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks and changes required in the respective modules as per the rectifications and incidents restoration plan
- Software loading, configuration, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of production environment or lab/test environment
- Lead the investigation and isolation of unique and challenging problems, collaborating with product development teams and other support groups to devise a plan for resolution that meets the customer’s needs & SLA requirements
- Provide support for the alarms generated in monitoring tools
- On time generation of defined reports and adhoc basis
- Timely interactions with the teams working on the issues to avoid any delays impacting SLA
- Technically support for resolving major incident. Perform Root Cause Analysis for repeating issues and escalate to provide permanent fix
- Track and report recurring problems or failures and provide associated consequences of problems if there is a business impact to Customer
- Log detailed information for the problems solved and updates in the ticketing tool and into the shift register.
- Provide regular updates on high priority problems in timescales agreed with the business
- Conducts reviews on Problem and Known Errors that have been identified and action taken to verify that all steps were completed and the objective of the process was achieved
- Review and assessment of technical solution for major change. Evaluate impact of change from a solutions point of view
- Apply approved solutions in line with agreed timeline to implement
- Design technical solution ,i.e. capacity monitoring, system maintenance solution to improve operation effectiveness and efficiency;
- Provide work wise periodic status report to BO lead / PM (weekly, monthly)
- Available to work on urgent situations and on call basis during emergency (including holidays)
- Validating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Mobile Money System
- Update and maintain data used for reporting on technical and service capabilities

- Good knowledge on Datbase, Linux, SQL and common software products like Mobile Money solution, telecom BSS system etc.

3-5 year of work experience, Mobile Money or Fintech industry experience is highly recommended

- Effective communication and time management skill
