Position 1: Radio Frequency Data Engineer

Job description:

Worked as an RF engineer and was responsible for wireless and mobile network optimization.

Participate in network quality improvement, do the DT analysis of user experience of voice and data services, output the issue root cause and optimisation proposal, optimization adjustment, effect evaluation and summary, and conduct technical communication and report with the customer.

Project Experience:

Be proficient in using Huawei Genex PHU/Assistance and be familiar with Huawei wireless devices and OSS platforms.

Language Skill:

English

Skills or Certificate Requirements:

Be familiar with the DT, DT analysis, and key indicators of various service tests. Have good understanding of UMTS/LTE basic principles, handover algorithms, and key parameters. Knowledge of 5G is preferred.

Be familiar with DT/CQT test methods and processes. Have a good command of foreground test and background analysis tools, such as Probe, Nemo, Assistant, and Actix.

Have OSS operation capabilities and experience, such as Huawei U2020.

Be able to analyze traffic statistics using the PRS.

Position 2: – BO-AMS Engineer

Job description:

The BO-AMS Engineer involves in the delivery of 8*5 maintenance service for customer Mobile Money applications and systems to maintain its availability, performance, and thresholds. The engineer will be responsible for executing day to day operation for all service in scope and also be available for On-call support in case there are any Critical / Major alarms that may arise.

Education and major requirement:

Bachelor Degree in ECE/Computer Science/ or related fields.

Work Experience:

3-5 year of work experience, Mobile Money or Fin-tech industry experience is highly recommended

Language:

English

Skill or certificate requirement:

• Good knowledge on Database, Linux, SQL and common software products like Mobile Money solution, telecom BSS system etc.
• Good ITIL Knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent Troubleshooting skill

Job Description

1. Be responsible for technical sales support such as solution design, network planning and design, and configuration quotation for WDM/access projects.

2. Analyze the problems and challenges of the customer’s live network, propose WDM/access network evolution suggestions based on the industry development trend, and output the target network design.

3. Be able to communicate with WDM/access technical customers, provide technical guidance and clarification, and present the competitiveness of technical solutions.

Job Requirements

Skill requirements:

• Have good capability of understanding requirements and designing solutions.
• Have good customer communication and guidance capabilities.
• Have a good command of OTN product
• Skills in WDM/access sales expansion, network evaluation, network design, and product configuration are preferred.

• Project Alarm monitoring after implementation and PAT communication with customer.

Overall In charge of FM operation of all Regions:

• Responsible For all Datacenter Maintenance and Management

Job description:

• Responsible to Achieve SLA/KPIs/MTTR of All WOs including Trouble tickets, and ensure its quality level meet Huawei standard.

• Ensure Subcontractor Resources, HR, Tools, cars, EHS are available according the agreement

• Responsible to work with Elector mechanical, OSP,  Passive, Retention, and Active Manager to ensure network elements such as Battery, solar Cell (PV), and Distribution panel,…etc are maintained efficiency.
• Responsible to ensure all external alarms are connected and working professionally and are tested during site visit.
• Responsible to ensure  spare part and consumables dimension and ensure its availability.
• Follow and report low efficient FME, and how can be utilise to enhance his efficiency.
• Responsible to ensure subcontractor’s team members following Access process of customer sites

Business Skills:

• Contact customer on daily basis with professional way to handle  network and finalise the Passive part monthly acceptance.
• Monthly Evaluate Subcontractor Maintenance Teams , and its Team members.
• Prepare Dashboard report on Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly basis to be reported internally and externally to customer showing Planning activities KPIs, improvement plan, and challenges and how overcome it of Region

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

• Be familiar with the MW link design and planning ,knowledge how to use iRiver tool and WebLCT.
• Be Familiar with r Configuration and Commissioning for Microwave Huawei product, including software parameter configuration. In addition, work on site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance, knowledge of Microwave
• IDU/ODU sites equipment.
• Operation and Maintenance Microwave products, including Common-band/E-band/SDB/LH links, alarm monitor troubleshooting, Opt iX RTN software upgrade,
• Remote and onsite technical support for customer support Microwave equipment,
