Position 1: Data Architect (DA)
Job Description
1. Communicate with the customer, collect, understand, and sort out customer requirements, and output the service solution proposal (HLD).
2. Design the professional service solution based on customer requirements, and develop the delivery solution (LLD) and plan.
3. Present value and make regular reports.
4. As the CEA(Customer Experience Assurance) technical solution owner, cooperate with the project manager to organise delivery and complete acceptance.
Job Requirements
Education and Major requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in communications, electronics, computer related major
Language Skill
Fluency at English as working language both Spoken, written & communication
Skills requirement:
1. Have basic knowledge about the communications industry or be familiar with the delivery characteristics and key control points of data analysis projects.
2. Be familiar with and be able to independently analyze data and model association.
3. Have rich working experience in the communications or data analysis industry (at least 6 years), be familiar with databases and data mining algorithms and principles, and be able to use at least one of the data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, and SAS.
4. Rich experience in data mining and analysis; Knowledge in the telecom industry, one of the following requirements is preferred: Familiar with the carrier’s process architecture, CRM, Billing, and BI systems, and familiar with CS/PS optimization of the core network.
5, Three years of mobile network work experience

Position 2: Solution Architect (SA)
Job Description:
- The project SA is the owner of project service solution design and value presentation. Based on the customer requirements and business value analysis output by the consulting/BA, the project SA develops the end-to-end project solution, organises the detailed solution design, manages the development requirements, and is responsible for the deliver ability of the solution. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Process execution: The SA executes the SDB process in project delivery activities.
- Overall solution design: Develop the overall solution architecture design and acceptance criteria design, and organise efforts to complete the detailed solution design, including the organisation, process, platform, and standards.
- Requirement identification and clarification: Interpret and clarify customer requirements, implement specification design for function and feature customisation, and follow up version customisation.
- System integration: Design the overall framework of third-party system integration or interconnection solutions.
- Delivery support: Transfer solutions to TDs and key roles, support TDs in implementing solutions, verify and present value after solution implementation, and participate in service solution design and delivery in an end-to-end manner.
- Opportunity exploration: Continuously explore customer requirements and business value, design new use cases, and support continuous project value realisation and technical sales add-on-sales.
Education and major requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in communications, electronics, computer related major
2. More than 8 years of experience in the telecom or IT field

Skill requirements:
1, IT basics
Understand the basic knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP protocols.
Understand the basic concepts of protocols such as SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SMTP
2. Mobile communication network (Proficient knowledge of CS, PS, or wireless is required)
CS communication knowledge: Be familiar with the basic concepts, network architecture, and interfaces of GSM/WCDMA CS. Be familiar with main WCDMA CS signaling procedures. Have a basic command of CS core network KPIs and their definitions.
PS communication knowledge: Have a basic command of the basic concepts, network architecture, interfaces, and main signaling procedures of the GSM/WCDMA PS. Have a basic command of the LTE network architecture, interfaces, protocols, and main signaling procedures. Have a basic command of PS core network KPIs and their definitions. Understand the basic knowledge of DNS and firewall technologies.
Have basic knowledge of wireless network planning and optimization. Have a good command of basic methods and tools for wireless network planning and optimization.
3. Focus on PS/LTE core network performance analysis. Have certain datacom and network skills and basic O&M knowledge. Have certain knowledge about service quality.
Be familiar with industry standard architectures such as eTOM and ITIL.
Be familiar with the organization structure, responsibility division, and service process (complaint handling, problem management, etc.) of the carrier.
Understand the key performance indicators (such as the O&M department, customer service department, and marketing department) of the carrier.
4. Project management knowledge
Have basic knowledge in the communications industry or be familiar with the delivery features and key control points of software projects.
Be familiar with and be able to independently apply the knowledge points of the PMP project management knowledge system.

Position 3: Business Architect (BA)
Job Description
1. Analyse the trend and features of global & regional telecommunication industry technology & markets development, analyse and understand customers’ challenges in network & market development.
2. Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to customer’s wishes capabilities and limitations forming detailed reports
3- Analyse customer pain points and identify requirements from multiple dimensions such as services and business.
4- Understand customers’ challenges in network & marketing sides, provide on-site customised consultation service for marketing
5. Move easily between big pictures thinking and managing relevant data
6. Build trust with teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation
Job Requirements
Education and Major:
Minimum bachelor degree in marketing, telecommunication, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience:
3+ years of working experience in telecommunication-related industries; working with mobile/fixed operators & Vendors. Typically working in presales / strategy or marketing areas. Mobile/fixed operators experience is preferred.
Language skill:
English
Skill requirement:
- Excellent communication skills in English & French, both verbal and writing.
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a fast-paced changing and multi-cultures.-. Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the telecommunication industry & the operators overall business, a mixed background (technical / marketing) is a plus.
