Position 1: Logistics Officer
Job Description
Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field with 1 – 3 years of work experience? Are you looking for more challenge in a fast-growing professional company with disciplined work culture?
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire “Shipment and Custom Clearance” cycle
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Follow up on order shipment status and efficiently consolidate the shipment
- Prepare and validate the shipment document (summarized PI) according to the customs database.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure all goods movements are done with properly authorized documents through consistent support of the company policy.
- Interactive with other teams (sourcing, finance, and project management) to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives
- Ability to produce excellent results under intense pressure, late and over the weekends
Job Requirements

Position 2: Financial Analyst
Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on capital markets, industry trends, and IPO activities.
- Stay updated with the latest market news, regulatory changes, and competitor analysis. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, accounting, and investor relations, to prepare for an IPO.
- Assist in drafting prospectuses, financial statements, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with external parties, such as underwriters and auditors.
- Perform valuation analysis on IPO candidates by employing various methods, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. • Assess the fairness of the IPO pricing and provide recommendations based on the analysis.
- Assist in building relationships with potential investors, including institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Prepare presentations, financial reports, and investor communications to articulate the company’s investment proposition and growth potential.
Job Requirements
- A master’s degree or specialized certification in Capital Markets is desirable.
- In-depth understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment vehicles, including stocks, bonds, derivatives, commodities, and foreign exchange.
- Familiarity with market structures, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks governing capital markets.
- Knowledge of financial market theories, portfolio management, risk management, and asset valuation methodologies.
- Knowledge of trading strategies and execution techniques in capital markets.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, order types, and execution algorithms.
- Understanding of trade settlement processes, market liquidity, and transaction costs.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CAPITAL MARKET, ASSET EVALUATION and IFRS IMPLEMETATION are highly valued

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
- Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ projects goals, progress and outcomes • Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work
- Coordinating pre-sales team to meet customer requirement
- Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
- Managing the entire sales cycle of given account/s from finding a potential client to securing a deal
- Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate discounts with vendors/partner to meet customer budget without hearting company’s profitability
- Fully own Solution Development, Bid and PI workflows on the specific account/s assigned
- Understand customer requirements and correctly map to respective pre-sales team
- Regularly update customer pipelines status on CRM
